Great location, in the centre of La Roche en Ardennen. Easily accessible with free parking. Very friendly and helpful owner. A quiet and relaxing experience.

Jacques and his wife were extremely welcoming. We felt at home and didn't feel like we were in a hotel. It was very cozy. It was unfortunate that the wifi did not work.

Next to the centre of La Roche en Ardenne, on the quiet side with a view on the Ourthe. You feel at home because of the small scale of the hotel, but also because of the hospitable way you are treated. The owner and his American wife are very friendly pointing you the places to visit; for instance the Grottes of Hotton. The tv presented only one dutch net.

Het culinaire arrangement was uitstekend, wij hebben enorm genoten van het 4-gangen diner voor twee personen (De Paté Foie Gras was verbluffend!). De passie en zorg van de heer Koulic, de eenvoudige maar uitstekend verzorgde kamer en de intieme sfeer van het hotel/restaurant maakten ons verblijf in La Roche en Ardenne tot een warme herinnering aan een stralend weekend.

Zeer aimabele prettige gastheer en gastvrouw met hart voor het vak en zeer goede verzorging van ontbijt en diner. De scheiding tussen hotelkamer en de bijbehorende toiletruimte kan beter.

Heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijke gastheer. Locatie is goed! Betaald parkeren voor de deur. Goede locatie. Gehorige kamers door dunne wandjes. Indien het restaurant open is is blijkbaar de bar gesloten. In ieder geval kon ik niets te drinken bestellen omdat het restaurant geopend was en de gastheer kon niet beiden open hebben. Als je de kids in hotelkamer hebt liggen en dus niet weg kunt is het prettig als je in het hotel een drankje kan doen. Dit kon dus helaas niet. Was groot minpunt. Verder aardig hotelletje...

De karakteristieke en authentieke sfeer, super ligging vlakbij centrum. Ontbijt was ook prima, aardige gastheer. Goed schoongemaakt, zelfs een ligbad. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Bed klein, 1.40 voor twee personen. Kamer vrij sober en klein, maar voor twee sterren goed genoeg.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, eigenaar is zeer gastvrij, hondvriendelijk hotel De maaltijden waren globaal gezien eerder matig: het aanbod bij het ontbijt was beperkt tot enkel wit brood (1e dag) en broodjes (2e dag) met konfituur, kaas en hesp. De voorgerechten en desserts bij het diner en het gastronomisch menu waren teleurstellend, de hoofdschotel daarentegen was beide keren lekker klaargemaakt.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel la nuit de la Saint Syvestre. Le repas gastronomique servi le soir du réveillon était trés bon. Le petit déjeuner continental aussi. mais le comfort de la chambre laissait à désirer (le prix des nuités excessif) peu d'espace réservé aux wc à côté de la douche et le lavabo dans la chambre. L'arrangement "repas gastronomique" le soir du réveillon nous a été octroyé mais Mr Koulic aurait souhaité, vivement, que nous prenions le repas de réveillon (le double du prix).ce qui était prohibitif

Dit "hotel" is in feite een restaurant, maar verdient als hotel de naam "Beau Rivage" niet. Daarbij denkt men dan toch aan een hotel van enige allure. De kamer die de eigenaar had toegewezen was klein en (te) schaars en gammel gemeubeld...De naam van het hotel is eerder misleidend. zoals op de gevel staat aangeduid : een "Taverne" waar men wel goed eet, maar waar men het slaap komfort maar op de dure koop moet toenemen. Dit is een eenmanszaak, met alleen de eigenaar als bedienend en kokend personeel, waar men lekker kan eten, maar niet met enig kritisch kommentaar moet aankomen. Al met al en teleurstelling.

De plaats van het hotel is goed gelegen rustig en toch kort bij winkelstraat en restaurants .Gratis parkeren (als er plaats is ) naast hotel .Goed voor een weekendje weg maar de prijs is niet zo goedkoop . prijs voor wat men aanbied 150 euro voor 2 volwassenen en 1 kindje van 4 jaar (kamer en ontbijt )
