The nice thing is that it's quite central to the city of Namur, and relatively cheap. The hotel shares a building with a casino, and the decor is quite kitschy; also, the floor layout is quite confusing. Rooms a bit shabby. Internet access is ridiculously expensive (though this is usual among similar hotels). |

Big room, very comfortable bed, great if you like the casino (the hotel is above the casino). Although not really dirty, a bit more attention from the cleaners would have been appreciated - looked like a very quick cleaning job. There was also quite a lot of noise from the street all through the night, even with the windows closed. |

The old city of Namur was interesting. The hotel is a part of the Casino. You have the idea that you are hosted in the offices of the casino The rooms are little bit shabby. Chairs are worn out |

The room and view The 'hotel' was not what I was expecting. The room itself was fine. But, it was really a casino with some rooms. There are only steps up to the front desk. There is no hotel bar or restaurant. For anyone wanting a meal or drink then it is neccessary to register as a guest in the casino. So for anyone who likes a quite drink and/or meal with their partner this is not the place for you. |

Location was excellent at the riverside and right across the small harbor (we arrived by boat) Hotel is old in a less nice way, but do-able, it is clean with business-like rooms. |

Well located in the heart of the town and not far from other nearby cities, e.g. Wepion, etc. The bathtub looks really small for a hotel that was refurbished 2 years ago. Located in the middle of a casino and thus less convenient for young children. |

The price was ok for one night and the room is quite big. It's ok if you're only looking for a place to sleep. The accessoires in the hotel could be better, for example no hair dryier at all, the minibar was empty, no room service and the entry of the hotel was difficult to find as the casino in the hotel seems to be more important. |

Beautiful location. Inconvenient facility to get to the room and no air condition or fan to cool the room. We feel like we had stayed in a steam room for a night. |

Very good staff who helped out when they gave us a smaller room than we booked. You get a nice Hotel for the money you spend. breakfast not included in the price. cost 12 euros. The bathroom could be cleaner. |

Nice big room with wc and bath. Bathrooms seems a little outdated but all works fine. Some rooms have a view over the river, others have a bit of a restricted view of the Citadell from below. |

We originally booked this hotel for 2 people. Then we added one more person. They put us in a room with 4 single beds and hardly any room to move around and not enough towels for all of us. The staff at the hotel and casino were not friendly at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. |

I think the hoyel is going downgrade. If some drastic changes are not made by the owner, I fear that it won't be there in a cocuple of years! |
