The whole place stinks with some unidentifiable stench, even rooms. Rooms aren't dirty per se, although they leave a sort unclean impression - walls scratched, furniture seen better days, one of the rooms had huge stain on the bathroom wall. Floor in the corridor creaks loudly (it's an old building though), we felt lucky we stay off season when there were no people roaming it.
Room at the top floor was cold and dark, with a single thin window, heating (switched to maximum) made room comfortable to stay at only by morning.
I guess it's still OK for the overnight stay, but mostly because it's significantly cheaper than other options nearby.
It's inexpensive comparing to other hotels in the area, and there's plenty of rooms to accommodate a group. Free drink is included in the price (although I haven't tried it). There's a parking near the hotel, and you can park overnight for free.
Also the old fort is towering right above the place - nice place to visit, but mind the schedule: it's closed around Christmas/New Year.
