Score from 545 reviews Very good
Access to Namur Breakfast
Smell of cigarette smoke in corridors, lack of plug for the sink
noce view perfect placemet good price good comfort level actually, good comfort and good personnel
some insufficient problems with WC
the bathroom needs to be redone
Superb location on the banks of the river - we had a great view at no extra cost! Easy parking and only a short walk into the old town.
The restaurant menu didn't appeal to us but we found a great one very nearby!
Nice quiet break
the location is ok
too old and badly maintained
arrived in a large group, took the last member of the group 2.5 hours to check in
Hotel above Casino. Rooms not as impressive as the Casino/Hotel reception area led you to believe. Price should have made us realise this.
Location only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Namur, and castle, overlooking the river from the large windows of our confortable room.Tea and coffee making fascilities inside our room, and automatic snack/cookie machine in the corridor, made us satisfied.Free light drinks offered us from the reception desk.
Overprised breakfast (thank God we didn't have).
This was a budget value hotel. The rooms were large but basic and need to be upgraded Whilst part of the hotel, the room was very quiet
The soap dish tiled into the wall had been broken, and was a serious hazard when showering, with sharp edges. We arrived early evening when a number of casino users were arriving, and therefore needed to register, which made booking into the room slow
Room and facilities excellent. Food very good. Locatiion on the river very good. Pity about the staff.
No lift from ground to first floor and three flights of stairs. No assistance with luggage. Hotel receptiion alongside Casino reception and only one staff who was more interested in Casino customers, presumably because they make money from them. It must have taken well over forty minutes to check in. Restaurant staff very unhelpful and spoke little english. No english menu.
Bed was surprisingly comfortable, wifi decent
10-15 minutes to check in PER PERSON, there were 10 of us and I was still waiting 2 hours later. Had to go up the grand staircase followed by 2 further flights of stairs to get to the lift, then more stairs once I reached my floor - not good for people with poor mobility. I had requested a double bed but I had a twin room, was told to push the beds together. When I asked for double bed sheets and duvet I was met with a simple "Non". Very basic room, no curtains, no aircon, no safe
the room is big the view to the river is amazing
the room is old no a\c
well placed with a great view over the river. Basic but none the less very comfortable.
There was nothing to dislike
cheaper rooms are quite basic; no lift to ground floor
lovely big room overlooking the river with fridge and kettle wifi no messing with codes just connect and away you go agood breakfast with plenty of choice
no lift too first floor but managed ok
Quite cheap and reasonably clean.
Location off town center; part of a casino; parking ok but full in the evening due to casino visitors i suppose; slight smell, poor decor, very very basic rooms; slow wireless and no wireless for mobile devices.
Views. Location. Ok for group of people not young family
Was a casino ground flour. Building is tired needs an uplift. Not very clean
Breakfast was ok and included in price.
Kettle wasn't in room, so front desk gave me keys to another room to get a kettle myself. One of the beds also had a leg missing! General state of rooms was also poor!
Close to city center. Breakfast was simple but ok.
Overall run down hotel. Beds were good though. Black corners in the bathroom. Not very well cleaned. Hairs... No elevator to second floor.
Location was good, just outside of the old centre, though a fair walk from the train station. Room was simple but a good size with everything you need, including a kettle and tea.
Smoky corridors. Make sure you ask for a double bed if you want one in the double room or you'll get twin beds.
Good location: close to the city and the citadel. Clean room. Good breakfast
Good location. Staff helpful.
Bathroom in need of a good clean. Bedroom chairs a torture to sit on.
Nice river view
Not very clean place
A really unusual hotel with an excellent location next to the river and in the shadow of the citadel.
Staff looked tired and miserable, particularly one male member of staff who was downright rude.
