Very helpful staff and excellent customer service at the front desk and at the breakfast room. Bravo to the team on duty during our stay! Please keep it up. The location of the hotel is good.

The smell of cigarette in the lobby towards the rooms to be worked on to encourage non-smoking families and guests.

Great service and friendly staff. Basic, but still high value for the money.

Hotel was fairly clean and staff was polite. I was there for business and it was very close to the venue. Besides, the bus stops and the metro stop around the hotel link it to main destinations in Brussels in a short time. The breakfast was not special but enough variety and of good quality. Internet connection signal in the room was good quality. And for the people who doesnot have a laptop with them, there was one PC available at the lobby connected to the internet.

Based on the price (compared to other countries), I would have expect more comfort and deep cleanless.

Facility basic but very well maintained. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Breakfast included (very uncommon in Brussels' Hotels) with different sorts of breads, croissants, spreads, juices, tea, fruits, cereals, eggs, etc. Friendly and numberous staff. Better hotel than 4* I've been to in Brussels. Especially considering the price. Bus right infront of the hotel takes 10 minutes to Place de Luxembourg.

Position and price.

The corridors and the room had an unpleasant smell of very old carpet and closed room. The chairs of the breakfast room were stained and needed renovation.

Excellent reception and rapid termination of the proceedings in addition to the quality of the slate be offered food and help in any services and information for Brussels

If Sntan me the opportunity to visit Brussels again, I will choose this hotel

We like the location ,one of the clerk We don't know her she has short hair cut no glasses she came in that evening ship on thursday She made us so at home feel so welcome she gave us so information things we maybe like to do and see she answered everything we asked a good suggestion of Restaurant .she's so gracious to all of the customer even the couple that was getting so upset before the credit card didnt go through prior to reservation .She made our experience memorable my daugther speak highly of now .Thank You,

Well upon checking in The Clerk was so nice in my opinion she told me no way your car is big will not fit in the garage.so but we can on the street she says and she move one of her coleagues car.then we go back inside and she oh this srtange it's four of you and only have triple beds so we is there a problem ? My son is he has his own room and bed since birth but always gets up and in our room to sleep so when made the reservation I only put 3 adults .anyway it's her body languange and the tone of her vioce she almost ruin it I was ready to leave but then I no I let ruin my families First time visit .

Very friendly staff, spacious room. I had to leave very early and did not get breakfast on the second day, but I was served coffee and croissant in my room. That was very nice!

you can quite well hear your neighbors in adjacent rooms, which - depending on the kind of neighbors - might be an issue if you want to enjoy your sleep
