only a small saloon door separated the bedroom from the toilet! Toilet seat broken, Shower head holster broken. Hot water ran-out during 2nd person using shower. Needs new mattress(s)
excellent location for visiting the old town room 18 A is somehow interesting as its access door is direct on the street, and so are the windows very nice and supportive owner / admin effective heating system room has a small kitchenette for those needing it just next corner to Maritime restaurant, a must for seafood lovers
bad location for quietness Saturday night, due to 4 pubs literally next door to room no 18a room 18 A needs ceiling refurbishment ( both against dampness and against trembling when people net floor walking around) 85 Euro / night was less then the Hilton in Bruxelles the same period! It is right that the room had 3 beds, but I only needed one.
Central, comfortable, quiet street, good internet
Bad smell and humidity, cheap and noisy beds
cheap, basic, good value for a weekend on the beer. good location, quiet street
The bed The tiny old bathroom Toilet in the hallway Curtains were dirty and of no use holding the light out Overall look of the building and room
Location is ideal, quaint little guest house, room was clean & tidy but some problems not rectified.
Toilet seat was broken and no control handle on shower. My request to get these fixed was ignored. No coffee making facilities in the room, had to negotiate the 2 floors of small spiral staircase for coffee making in reception; not for the feint hearted, infirm or heavy suitcases! Wifi was very poor, kept cutting off. At £45 per night I felt this was somewhat expensive for this type of accommodation.
Nothing I didn't like anything
The service were so poor, when I reached to hotel, there was no receiptionist, no one there to serve us. When u reached you should call to the person who came to serve, you to be honest I struggle a lot, when I stay there, I was regretting, why I visit, I had plan to cancel it, but because it was nonrefubdable, so I couldn't make it !
good location, very close to the city center, nice bars and cafés around, nice people
no wifi in the building (only main building), broken bathroom lock, broken toilet seat, bed sheets had a fag hole
the location and the style
location and staff bedding and mattresses were perfect.
the toilet is located in the hallway, and very noisy. I could hear other guests peeing which was extremely disgusting, discomforting and awkward. the shower is in the middle of the room, guaranteeing a completely wet room after you've showered. which is unhygienic and uncomfortable.
Lack of appropriate room service Very small and claustophobic rooms Bathroom is not separated from the rest of the room - very uncomfortable Broken TV set
Charming room, excellent location, hot shower.
Bed bugs showed themselves at night in the bed and on the wall.
Impossibly tight, corkscrew staircase. I had to hang around waiting for the owner to arrive to let me in. No Breakfast.
Liked the place where the hotel was located, it was near to the Cathedral.
The toilet was not at all spacious. The room was very small, so was the bath and poor facilities.
location is good.
WARNING BED BUGS! At first the room seemed nice until we noticed that there where bed bugs. We slept there for one night and I got at least 30 bites. We send a message to the owner about the issue but received no response or apology.
hi i didnt fly due to my passport being expired ok will be coming in june ok
Beds to short (190cm!) and matrasses very poor. Noice whole night long from a bar / disco next door!
-Coffee in the room -TV with good connection
-No hot water -Difficult to get in contact with: Being from another country our mobiles did not work, so we had to call from the restaurant next door. -We thought there was wifi contact but we did not have the code: A suggestion would be a book in the room with important info and phone numbers with a phone in the hall to contact the owners

Everything else. The shower cubicle is basically inside the bedroom, sharing the same surface without any door or curtains, so when you shower, the other person in the room will be watching you. This is ridiculous. The toilet, however, is not in the room and is shared between a few rooms I believe, it is unbelievably small and dark. There is no hot water in the shower both in the morning and in the night. This is completely unacceptable. They advertised as 49 EUR but charged us 54 EUR because of the tax. We feel cheated. There is no reception. So you cannot go to the reception to ask for help/check-in or check-out easily. Overall we were not quite happy with our stay here.
The location was 1 minute walk to the city center.
There was no bathroom door and the toilet was not inside the room. Also there is not a hotel like reception. You have to call the guy with your cell phone to come to the reception and check-in.
