B&B Lady Jane  

Firstly the owner Hugo is a perfect gentleman and full of useful information and tips about where to go and where to eat a little of the tourist trail. He provides maps and a lovely selection of beers and wines at a very reasonable price. We were in the Japanese room and had the whole floor to ourselves which was fab. There was a lovely breakfast of fresh rolls , selection of cold meats, yogourt, juice and fruit served in our sitting room every morning from 8.30. For us there is nothing we can say wrong about lady jane. It is also in perfect location. Thank you Hugo for lovely time.

Seeing is believing ! We feel quite at home in this B&B. The owner's hugo and his Madam are quite considerate. All rooms was very fantastic, clean and confortable, view to the beautiful Brugge's town and happy breakfast. Each morning the owner's hugo lay out a basket consisting of breads, cheeses, hams,fruits, orange juice , hot chocolate , milk and croissant/rolls. This breakfast is included in the price of the room. We stayed name of Lady Jane's room. We recommend you should stay here for more than two nights. Surely,you are so impressed by here. We are looking forward to stay here next time.

We stayed in the african room, which was very original and looked like a real Africa! :) The owner was fantastic, explaining us the sightseeing possibilities and also best restaurant options. The breakfast was very big and delicious.The location is exactly in the city centre, 5 minutes or even less from the marketplace.

This B&B is in a historical house not far from the river, very unique comfortable room with oriental itemshuge, and with seprate living room and toilet. Mr. Hugo was a very nice owner manager, made some speicific maps with tourist attractions and reasonable price restaurants. Very recommended!

Fantastic breakfast! Would Definately stay here again! We absolutely adored staying in the African Room! So much space! Great value for money. Hugo was also an excellent host letting us use his phone. Wifi was also flawless.

It was easy to find but could maybe do with a small sign on the door for weary travellers to spot.

Hugo the owner was extremley helpful and very welcoming the b&b felt like home and location was perfect about 6 min walk to main square and 2 mins away from one of the oldest pubs dating 1515. there is a good selection of resturants within 5 min walk. We woudl defo recommend and will hopefully go back one day as bruges is beautiful

We stayed in the African room: a nice design. Tea, coffee in room, good breakfast. Book-navigator about the city, made by hotel's owner, was very helpful in the study of Bruges. Thanks for the hospitality.

Good, lovely and central

I have never stayed in a place that exceeded my expectations so much. Hugo de Wolf is the owner and he has turned this old building in NE Brugges into an absolute gem (only a couple of minutes walk from Jerasulem Church). The Japan Room was beautiful. Painted red and decorated with Japanese flair, it would have been perfect for romantics. Since I had my kids, it was still perfect because it was so large! Plus we had our own bathroom with tub and a living room all to ourselves for only 90 euro a night! Too great a bargain. It's simply the best place I've ever stayed and I highly recommend it. Free strong wi-fi, and breakfast was ample and fresh from the market.

Very relaxed with Hugo who was there if you wanted to ask anything but also quite happy to leave you be. We had keys and were able to come and go as we pleased which was great. Also Hugo provided a "holiday folder" with things to do, places to go and restaurant suggestions - really handy and so was the advice on where not to go!! Breakfast was continental style with plenty to eat and enough to make a picnic lunch! Brought to your room at 8.30 sharp everyday and then all tea and coffee making stuff is outside your room for you to make yourself - works really well. A 10 minute walk to the centre through some very pretty streets. Finally there is a selection of wine and beer left out - e4 for wine and e1.50 for beer - Genius!!!!!

It's the first time we have ever shared a bathroom and, though we didn't have any problems at all and only shared with one other double room, it's not the same as having your own.
