The hotel staff was very nice to offer me rides to get to the place I needed to go. There's no phone in the room. The WiFi network worked on and off with my laptop. |

welcome was very good - we arrived late and it was no problem - space is plenty and we had rented all rooms the rooms are spacious - and we could have actually rented one less (by putting more people in hte other rooms as we had extra beds) - some of the rooms are like appartments |

Very friendly service, nice area, railway station to bryxelles was close, excellent breakfast waiting in the morning, spacious apartement, fast internet The other lady working there spoke only French and had trouble operating the credit card reader |

The main bed was ok and the room was large enough for 3. The breakfast was large I didn't like the pertinent alcool smell of the hotel staff on our arrival, the cigarette smell during the night in our non smoking room, the third bed we ordered in advance was not made until I claimed for it late in the night, the poor quality of the third bed. There was no shower just a bath tub. The cold water was not working in the bath sink. |

gastvrijheid taal, de beste man sprak enkel frans. Belgie is tweetalig. Klein minpuntje is dat er niet met een pas betaald kon worden, enkel contant. |

Erg vriendelijke mensen. Wij dachten onze sleutel verloren te hebben en zelfs midden in de nacht was het geen probleem ons uit de brand te helpen. De volgende dag vonden wij de sleutel maar geen onvertogen woord. GROTE KLASSE! |
