Liked being able to access La Grand Place so easily. Breakfast excellent. Early and late availability helpful. Staff helpful. Rooms comfortable. Relaxing bar for late night drink. |

The hotel staff were so friendly, well mannered and helpful. The room was simple but clean. The breakfast buffet was very busy on the weekend but there was plenty of food. The location was a 20 minute walk to both the Central and Midi train stations and 5 minutes to the central square and tourist hub. The bed was basic and needs to be updated. |

well located, close to metro stations and the city centre the room was far from good, on the top floor, by the gym. had a scent of cleaning products, and no lights on the corridor. |

Their excellent breakfast assortment, and helpful front desk staff.Closeness to ALL worthwhile tourist areas of interest. Room too small for large build American types.Windows which open and are soo close to the floor that falling out of them is a real possibility! |

It was close to the Historical Center, in walking distance from the Central Station. Fitness avialbale, included in the price of the stay. |

The hotel was comfortable and my room was very quiet. I thought that the area was not very pleasant in the evening. There were no tea and coffee making facilities and it was not possible to pay the bill the evening before departure to save time in the morning. |

I really like the location, just minutes from the central, easy parking on the street. Everything is in walking distance, that is very useful in Brussels! The beds were too soft, there were only blankets, just like in a tent camp, that was really annoying, the shower and the tap only worked together, last night a group two rooms away had a party until 4 am, I couldnt sleep at all. |

I liked the location of the hotel as it is just off the main square House keeping banging on your door at 7.30 in the morning. Also on the Monday afternoon when we were waiting on our taxi at he hotel there was no were to get a cup of coffee bar restaurant all closed on the middle of the day! |

the staff was very friendly I have never stayed i such a messy 4* room - the bathroom was old and not clean, the beds were completely worn, the mini bar was empty, there were damages on the walls... I am very disappointed by this hotel room!!! |

very central location, friendly staff, very good breakfast, excellent value for money. would be helpful to provide toothbrush/paste on request (also slippers if possible). House keeping staff start knocking at door just after 8am for room-cleaning;- I feel this is too early for hotel guests. |

location - easy access from Midi Train Station, 1 min walk from tram, close to city centre; helpful staff; quick response on request; quick check in/out I agree with some comment before that it is not a 4 star hotel, however good value for money; furnitures are bit old, but still no problem; some of the staff - even on the reception - had difficulty with English |

Location perfect. The Hotel was only short walk from Brussels Midi Rail Station and the Main Square. The walk between Station and Hotel was through a run down area with some street beggars. |

Great location(150 m from Anneessens tram station-300 μ from Grand Place),very clean,nice breakfast,very quiet,stuff very helpful(they kept my bags before and after leaving from room). Some renovations in the room(age is starting to be very obvious....) |

Location is very good, Sablon and Grand Place just a short walk away, metro station nearby. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms should be rennovated, especially beds. There is a minibar, but it's empty. |

The staff wer polite and friendldy, and the quality of care and cleaniness was excellent There are a number of internet terminals for public use, however a printer would be useful as I needed to print out by boarding card |

Price of 110 EUR with breakfast was OK. Room equipment was old, small room, there was the door to the terrace, but they could not be locked. |

Complientary bottle of water by the bed. The room was very hot even with both windows wide open on a cold night. The heating seemed to be on full. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom was flooded when i had to hold shower head above my head. A bracket for the shower head and a curtain would be good. By the way.....this is way more than 4 questions..... |

On arrival, the room designated to us was not up to standard, fridge not working, and smell of smoking in our room, however what l want to say is as soon as we brought it to the staff s attention, they allocated us another room immediately without any questions and apologised sincelely, had a lovely stay in Bedford and would reccomend it to anyone wishing for a central and comfortable stay. |

Good location, two steps from the centre of the city. Windows do not block the noise from the street; if your room window is looking onto Zuidstraat (Rue du Midi), prepare to wake up a number of times at night. Internet is only available at the lobby and not in the room. |
