la localització perquè és molt cèntric, és un hotel confortable i la relació qualitat/preu és justa. La massificació. És un hotel gran, acull molts grups i a l'hora d'esmorçar hi havia massa gent al restaurant per poder fer-ho amb tranquil.litat. |

Location was excellent and breakfast was enjoyable. The balcony (7th floor) was tiny with a point in the centre which obstructed the view. Also the mattress was extremely soft due to age. |

Elevator was ok Everthing is just too old, need to be renovated. The room was smelly. No aircoditioning. In the evening was so hot. The badroom is so disgusting, can't even show properly. One night was enough. I do not recommend this Hotel. A Motel is even better than this 4 star hotel. |

It is close to centre of Brussels. Nice big rooms. There was supposed to be newspapers...none!! Room decor getting tired. Breakfast was alright but some items were left empty for quite a while eg fruit salad. |

The common areas were beautifully appointed, and breakfast was excellent. Rooms were over priced, stiflingly hot (requested fan from reception to no avail), shower broken and bathroom barely clean enough. |

Ambience and comfort was very good. Of course. I didnt like the smell in your bathrooms. It was very bad. Another small thing is that you dont put toilet brush!!!!! Its such a small thing. I think these things are not upto the standard. You might use a better air freshner in the rooms. |
