The hotel decor was extremely old fashioned - the double bedroom was very cramped and the bathroom suite was old and not as clean as it should have been. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom/the mini fridge was empty. The bed had traditional bedding/blankets instead of duvets. The staff were not very friendly at all, and not very helpful. the town map handed out from reception was a black and white photocopy which was unreadable in inclement weather - we had to pick up our own coloured map from the tourist office. The car parking cost more than was quoted on the website. The receptionist tried to overcharge us at departure.

I had to call down to the reception 3 times before I finally got an iron sent up. The bed was almost as soft as a waterbed (not good at all). And the bathroom smelled like sewage.

Good location, close to the train station and the Grand Place.

We were given a room at the end of the hallway that was old, the window did not close all the way, and it was overlooking a small street where garbage trucks came every morning at 6am. The decor is outdated. Breakfast was mediocre and was not replenished often enough. My mom stayed in a more modern room, but did not receive the wakeup call that she had requested. Had we been tighter on time, and had she been travelling alone, she would have missed her train.

The hotel was central which suited my needs, close to city attractions and train station.

My bed room could do with an update, worn out carpets, uncomfortable mattress, bathroom in poor condition. Pretty adverage to pretty poor

The location is near the Grand Place. Breakfast is sumptous.

The room is considerably small. There was water leaking from the bathroom's ceiling in my room. The hotel staff apologized and arranged me to another room immediately.

The room was clean, the night staff (after 6pm) was very nice and helpful. the location was good. The breakfast was very good too.

I thought the beds were uncomfortable and the mattresses poor. The girl at the desk on the day shift was very unfriendly and gave a bad impression of the hotel.

WE WERE ON THE 5TH FLOOR FLOOR FACING THE ROAD.THE NOISE BOTH DAY AND NIGHT WAS DREADFUL.WE HARLY GOT ANY SLEEP THE THREE NIGHT WE SPENT IN ROOM 510.IF WE CLOSED THE WINDOW WE COULD NOT SLEEP IT WAS SO HOT

Really nice breakfast.

Lights automatically turned out at about 11:30
