Complientary bottle of water by the bed. The room was very hot even with both windows wide open on a cold night. The heating seemed to be on full. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom was flooded when i had to hold shower head above my head. A bracket for the shower head and a curtain would be good. By the way.....this is way more than 4 questions..... |

On arrival, the room designated to us was not up to standard, fridge not working, and smell of smoking in our room, however what l want to say is as soon as we brought it to the staff s attention, they allocated us another room immediately without any questions and apologised sincelely, had a lovely stay in Bedford and would reccomend it to anyone wishing for a central and comfortable stay. |

Good location, two steps from the centre of the city. Windows do not block the noise from the street; if your room window is looking onto Zuidstraat (Rue du Midi), prepare to wake up a number of times at night. Internet is only available at the lobby and not in the room. |

location related to a weekend holiday near to the city centre parking arrangement could be improved by charging the guest at the hotel an giving him a token to exit the parking lot |

Handy central location for access to trains and the restaurant district. Felt safe after dark with the police station nearby. The room was not well ventilated but was too noisy with the window open. |

Checking in and out is fast. My rooms were quiet. The staff is friendly. A nice main hall. The rooms need refurbishing, they look dated and worn out. Also, it wouldn't hurt to put tea-making equipment in the rooms. The staff in the breakfast room is a bit slow clearing tables for new patrons. |

I’m sure that it is not good offer for you if you are going to find 4 stars hotel in Brussels. The breakfast is not good for 4 stars Hotel (only few cheeses & snags, few fruits. Hot meal: only hot ham and omelet). The furniture and bathroom are very shabby |

Location, activities in the hotel, respectful and helpful reception staff, free Wi-Fi access, very good breakfast. Free Wi-FI only in the lobby. Although there are about five elevators but three of them were out of order for a full day or few hours. |

The location of the hotel is very good, the city centre is at a walking distance. The hotel looks posh, but the price/quality ratio is not right. The greates defect was the lack of an internet connection in the rooms. There was no minibar. The faucets were oldfashioned and the water temperatures in the shower changed unexpectedly. |

Efficent staff and comfortable clean surroundings. Very large hotel with many guest and yet it did not feel crowded Breakfast was a it of a zoo and could have been better organised, with tables too close together for easy circulation |

Good enough Breakfast, Neer Place Central and not that far away from Central Station. Clean room. Several tv stations including RTP international. Quiet room. It's not a typical 4 stars hotel. More like 3 stars. Furniture is a bit old. One elevator wasn't working. |

close to the city centre.. and the night life.. the hotel is a normal 4 star hotel, no thrills to share... breakfast room too crowded... could not find a table to sit ... had to wait for more than 15 minutes... very noisy... |

We enjoyed the location relative to the Grand Place and surrounding shopping and sights. We appreciated the WiFi and breakfast included in the price. The beds were not too comfortable, and the showers need a shower curtain. |
