It is near of center of Brussels, only 5 minutes walk to Grand place. Clean, nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, silence and comfortable beds. Next time tihis will be our choise too.

The location is really friendly, 5 blocks from the main square. They still offer smoking rooms. Warm & powerful water.

This hotel is NOT a 4 Stars even close! My room in the 6Th floor was really small, and pretty much old. The breakfast was a shame, quantity but nothing really tasty. Is just an OK hotel, there is NOTHING over the minimum required to survive, but the say they have 4 stars... Incredible.

Clean room, great location, got a special deal which makes it ok price/quality wise. Breakfast was ok, too.

Hotel very dated, boring interior, very standard/boring rooms, building works taking place, hotel bar not very inviting. I had the misfortune to share my corridor with a group of German school children which is also something reception should take into consideration.

Position. Very close of Grand Place (only 5 min walk) and Garre Centrale (10 min walk).

Poor sound isolation (you can easily hear all yours room neighbors. Old fashion bathroom amenities (70's?). Unprofessional Reception employees (they are not interested in solving your problems, they are expressing theirs intention on doing it and that's all). Frequent changing of internet password, and very poor quality of internet WiFi signal in the rooms. For 7 days they had the same boring breakfast menu.

The room was described as "has a seating area with plasma satellite TV" in my booking number274.376.123 while there were no seating area inmy room (405)while there was in rooms 404and406.on the same corridor.

Totally unfriendly staff.When we checked-in the first day(29 April) the people in reception didn't even say welcome and kept ignoring us.Very bad first impression. The room was bit old. The room had a balcony door which was always locked and no fresh air was getting inside. There was a very bad smell in the bathroom (during our whole stay) and also the pressure of the water was minor and we could't shower at all.We asked for someone to fix the problem and although they said they fixed it, nothing was done. Breakfast could have been better for a 3 star hotel.
