Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre  

The hotel is located in very center of the city. Staff was friendly.

Room is dark. Furniture is very old and in some places is broken. Wardrobe is very small. Instead of double bed you gen 2 beds close one to another. tv did not work, internet did not work 4 out of 6 days. Toilet does not flush good. And most important: the hot water can stop in the middle of your shower. This was a worst hotel I've ever seen. Noway 4 stars.

Hotel was of a very poor quality standard level. Very disappointed, beds were so low to the floor and extremely uncomfortable. No air-conditioning except an inadequate portable fan. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not stay again.

Where shall I start: rooms were smelly, bed was so uncomfortable, no duvets just wool blanket (and I dont like wool when in contact with my body when I sleep) very small overused pillow, a very very old furniture (as an example a small crt television, we used to have one 20 years ago ... and im not joking) and yes people do trust what you read in the review about how old and dated it is. The staff well I had a problem with the room and the manager upgraded me (but judging how I was behaving and the way I slashing his hotel in front of clients that was the only way to shut me down... So he didnt do it out of good will... What a mistake... If I didnt pay upfront I would have ran away from that hotel asap so please dont do my mistake of not listening ot the review... Its horrible

Small, old room with weared furniture, noisy, non closing windows, no air-co, no heating.... It is not a 4* hotel, max 2. it does not worth the price, eventhough I booked it with 50% discount....

Not a clean hotel. Unacceptable carpet in the room and halls. Very uncomfortable bad and very dirty balcony... For that price?! This was very bad accommodation.

The hotel provided two childeren beds for my twin children. In fact, I didn't ask them to prepare for us. I really appreciate their kind consideration on our family's staying there. The location was very close for city center and the breakfast was very nice.

The hotel is located near the Manniken Pis and historical center of Brussels. It is very comfortable to get to many place in the center, in the first floor of the building is post office, near the metro station, and you may walk 15 minutes to the Central station. Nice stuff and cleaning room, and good breakfast.

Was veeeery cold in the room, even when central heating was on. And very noisily in the room, you may hear how neighbor in next room takes a shower, blows his nose and etc.....But if you have luck you will may hear a snore of your neighbor))

I really appreciated the fact that we got an upgrade to a suite when a double was not available and this meant that there was free wireless available for us. I think I would not have liked the experience of staying there so much if I had to go down to the lobby to get connected to the internet. The staff said that the regular rooms don't get a good wireless connection. I think free wireless connection is crucial for every hotel now. I will definitely come back to the Bedford hotel if I can get the same deal. Location is fantastic, breakfast is very good and the overall experience was great!
