Free Internet in the bar area was nice as was the proximity to the sites. For some odd reason my power adapter didn't like thier outlets so I bought a new one and it didn't like that either. |

The value for money for a weekend was exceptional and the location was good for the centre of Brussels The breakfast was adequate but a little impersonnal but taking account of the weekend rate was fine. If I had paid full price during the week it was not so good |

Efficient, good service, great breakfast, very well located and very good value for money. There was no air-conditioning so avoid the top floors in summer heat waves! |

The room was comfortable, and breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Lots of quiet areas to sit and relax. We happened to be there during a heatwave and the lack of air conditioning was noticable although a fan was provided. Perhaps this is a new fashion with which we are unfamiliar but we found having chipped coffee cups unusual. |

I can't complain, we just reserved regular rooms and they offered us apartahotel rooms, with everything available (own kitchen, kiving room, etc.). There was no air conditioning, that is true, but other than that, the stay was fantastic. |

The location is good, breakfast is good, room is clean and quiet. The mattress in the bed was too soft; guys in the reception work too slow (there is always a line to it) |

Room 210 was very good, room 101 was very very bad. We booked 2 separate nights at this hotel. The 2 rooms were very very different, even though the same price. 1st night room was good, but the second was very poor, very small room (fridge door could not be opened because of bed) Air con did not work and plugs fell out the wall. The difference between the two rooms was immeasurable. |

The attention & local knowledge of reception staff, the choice of change of towels, the range of breakfast. The central position. No waiting for lifts Our room was a bit small for a 4* hotel. The Air con was not sufficient for the hot weather we had |

Breakfast, breakfast breakfast! This facility is in walking distance of several old town sites. No air conditioning. Our room faced the front of the hotel and was very noisy since we had to open the windows because of no A/C. So avoid the rooms facing the main entrance. Avoid booking during hot summer months. |

1) Free internet in the lobby, 2) computer and printing facilities (lobby), 3) quiet ambiance, 4) Brussels town center within walking distance, 5) parking facilities (Panorama parking) right next to the hotel. 6) Complimentary bottles of water in the room. 1) One of the staff, a man, was quite rude: barked at me and other guests. I believe this person is also responsible for a few other negative reviews here. The other staff were perfectly nice and professional. 2) No airconditioning in the rooms, which made for a few uncomfortable, sweaty nights (25C). Thank God there was a fan in the room. 3) No internet in the rooms, except for paid Proximus Hot Spot access. |

The breakfast was excellent, plentiful and with good variety. , Lively convenient location close to the main square. WiFi internet access in the lobby (although sometimes slow). My room was tiny, I had to put one of the bedside tables in the wardrobe to get reasonable access to the latter. Comments on the website had mentioned this shortcoming, and therefore I reserved a larger than single room (twin/double), but even that was cramped. |

The room was well equipped, spacious and clean. The general feel of the hotel was good quality. The service received from the reception staff was poor. Having had a long day and arduous journey, I went to check in and, although two staff were on duty and were talking in the room behind the desk, they ignored me and continued their discussions. In the end, an off duty employee in the reception area saw me waiting and checked me in. |

I liked the location of th ehotel. I got poor room on the 1st floor. The hotel has better rooms, but the one I booked was gloomy. Do not book the cheapest rooms in this hotel. They are really bad. |

Location is excellent, staff was friendly, good breakfast. I had a very good deal on the room (€65). It was very hot that day in Brussels, and the hotel didn't have any air conditioning in the rooms. That made sleeping unbearable. In more normal weather that might not be an issue. Also, for a four-star hotel the bathroom could use some renovation. |

ladies at the "check-in" were quite kind - breakfast was good Yes: 1.- the view from the window - I was at the second floor and I had a view to the ground of the inside side of the hotel, 2. - moving in the room was quit restricted, 3 - toilet was not clean (I don´t want to say it in details), 4. - rug was as cover - why during the summer?! 5. - 6. - I have an allergy to the dust and I tolerated this stay only thanks to medicine. |

Superior 1st class hotel with very cosy atmosphere. Ideally located in the heart of Brussels only a few steps away from the historical Grand' PLace and shopping area. |
Combining modern facilities with supreme elegance, the Hotel Métropole will capture your imagination. |
This elegant 4-star hotel is ideally located in the centre of Brussels, just 50 metres away from the historic centre and the Grand Place. |
Fantastically situated hotel, ideally located in the centre of Brussels, just a stone’s throw away from the famous Grand Place and close to the central train station. |
