The location is good, central and within easy reach of the Brussels Expo via tram line. No wifi in the room, only in the lobby (and very slow). Old-fashioned decor of the room. Very noisy, I could hear people in the room next to me, the hallway, the street and the cleaners early in the morning. Only one Englisgh-speaking TV channel, and 2 Dutch-speaking ones, rest in French. Due to the old-fashioned TV set no choice for movies etc. Difficult to find from Anneessens station, and no help from reception to be expected, they told me to ask someone in the street after getting annoyed with all my questions. |

I do not think that this hotel should qualify to be a 4 star hotel. I have stayed in much better 3 star hotels ...easily. Once upon a time this hotel would have been a good one. Maybe in the 80's or very early 90's. Not for 2010. My room was unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. |

Hotel is well-located near the city centre (only about 5 min from the Mannekin Pis which makes finding your way back tot eh hotel a cinch). Staff is excellent and very helpful. Some of the decor is a bit dated looking, but clean & well-kept. We found the restaurant very basic and poor value for money. The waitress was the only member of staff we thought was very abrupt. |

At booking dot com prices this place is an amazing bargain. You will not find better value for money anywhere in Brussels. I am not surprised it gets a top billing when searchin on this city in the site. However it is not really today a four star hotel - it is more a two and a half star to three star place. Staff are friendly and helpful and location is good. It is showing its age. The 1980 vintage lifts need an overhaul. Everything has a 1970s feel to it which is not unpleasant - it feels a bit like travelling back in time. Free wi fi in the lobby is almost useless as it is so slow. Free pair of computers in the business centre also so slow as to be worthless. It is a massive place and makes its money mainly form its conference rooms but if the hotel was overhauled I guess the low prices would go too. |

This hotel is a hidden treasure in the city. It's location is idea, the setting is excellent, the staff is great and the food superb! Very impressive.... The room was a little small, but had all the conveniences of a luxury hotel. We are from California and most of life is larger in California than what we see in Europe so "small" may be typical for many travelers. |

Kind and attentive receptionists. The rooms are a bit run down for a four star hotel. |

It's easy to find the hotel, not far from the Manneken Pis. The room is small and cozy. And it seems only the staff at the reception desk can speek English. |

Very reasonable hotel in a good central location Room seemed to be a bit stuffy and hot; provision of food is a bit limited because the restaurant only opens at 7pm and the bar did not seem to serve food (and room service was quite limited in time, I think it only started at 7pm too) |

Close to city center, breakfast was ok Staff refused to speak Dutch, which is rather strange as it is one of their key languages. The room was very warm and I had to open the window for quite some time. The bed was very poor, way too soft. The room and hallway smelled terribly after some sort of cleaning spray. |

The hotel has a good location in the proximity of the city centre The room I had was small and looked out-dated, the parking behind the hotel is very small and almost impossible to enter with an SUV. |
