I liked the efficiency of the staff. The room was nicely decorated. I liked the parking facilities, and the garden area. It had more of a business air than a weekend break feel. The entrance and reception area was not inviting and did not have one specific theme so you felt that you were unsure what the rooms were going to be like - a bit dated and mixed up. |

Great rate on this luxury hotel. Our room overlooked the river and we liked the watching the barges go by. Loved the free parking, helpful staff, elegant room, and speedy free internet. We didn't try the breakfast b/c it was too expensive (15 euro per person). Location is a bit of a walk from city center which is ok if you go by the water, but a little dicey if you go a block inland. |

We were travalingWe were travailing with our three dogs through Europe.. We have chosen The Ramada Plaza only because Liege was our last stop before going back to the UK and we were looking for a hotel where our pets will be welcomed. That was extremely pleasant surprise. The hotel is very well kept. The room was very large with fantastic view towards the river and the interior was very modern and clean. We were not charged for our dogs as in every other hotel we stayed. We only wished that we could stay longer than one night but we certainly will go there again just to see for a city break. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very nice; perfect for my needs. Our room had a nice view over the river. The discrete positioning of the car park was ideal - it felt secure. If I visit Liege again I will definitely book this hotel again. I would like to try the restaurant on another visit. Ideally I would have liked the hotel to have been slightly nearer to shops and restaurants (about 10-15 minutes walk) but this was not a major problem. |

Comfortable room Food in restaurant is not good--meat was flavorless, vegetables were obviously mixed frozen vegetables with a bit of parsley sprinkled on top, fries were also not good--a real shame in Belgium. Parking inadequate for size of hotel. Several people parked in "no parking" areas, no one from hotel directing traffic or offering a solution. |

Beds were comfortable, location for Spa was good The price . . 675 euros for 3 nights room only ? But I guess it was Grand prix weekend. Also there were some hairs on the bathroom floor . .and they weren't mine ! I don't think the bathroon floor was ever cleaned properly. the view from our room 522 was of a burnt out buliding . . .not good. |

The rooms were very spacious, the staff was very friendly and helpfull Whould be nice to have a small refrigirator or a mini-bar. The dininig options in the city were almost non-existent after 8pm.The town of Liege was kind of creepy in the nights. |

Room ok. Room service was good. fine if in town on business. Staff did bare minimum on reception. Not made to feel welcome. Wasn't made aware of gym facilities or breakfast option. Go to Maastricht up the road though if you have a choice, much nicer than Liege!! |

Room was very clean, nice and comfortable. Free internet acces and tv with keyboard was very good. View on the river and short distance to the city centre. Breakfest is not included in the price and 15€/person seems to be much. |

location close to city centre. Free Parking. Breakfast adequate. Room clean. Good value for money. chamber maids tried to enter and clean the room several times on a sunday between 9 and 10 am, which is simply too early. |

Good sized room, comfy beds, good free parking, very nice restaurant and bar area. Easy access to motorways. Some staff were unhelpfull and one of the bar staff was downright rude |

The hotel is very good and modern, and is totally worth the surprisingly low price of 109 EURO that we've paid for two nights (for a couple). The location is not central and not very pleasant, but if travelling with a car this is not a problem. |
