It was functional but not much to get excited about Little things like not have a room service menu in the room ... i had to go down to reception to look then back to my room to order... v bizarre! |

Clean. Quiet (due to quiet neighbours though, more than rooms noise insulation). Good breakfast. Largely overpriced. Small rooms, small beds, no luxury (Radio / clock is 30 years old!). |

The very beautiful garden, the location of the hotel, the breakfast was very good. In our room, we could hear our neighbours talking and watching television. |

It is a nice, quiet, small hotel with personalized attention. The gardens are really beautiful and it is relatively close to the center of Leuven. The shower is a bit strange because when you shower all the water comes out onto the floor since the glass division is not long enough. There is no minibar in the room so you cannot get anything cold to drink since the bar closes so early. |

Clean rooms and garden. I got up at 03:00 to complain about all the noise nextdoors that was lasting for the last 4 hours. Only on my demand the housekeeper called the room (no answer of coarse). Changed myself, had thus a very bad night and almnost no reduction when i asked for. The point is that i especially choosed this hotel for the "quiet" environment. |

Very comfortable beds, lovely breakfast and an absolutely stunning garden. Paper-thin walls - you could hear conversations next door. The hotel is being refurbished, which was not stated at the time of booking. |

The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast service was in a lovely old dining room. The variety and quality of the breakfast service was very good. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are mondern with good showers in the tub. High cost for WiFi services, in May 2009 charge was 20 Euro for 5 hours. |

Beautiful landscape and interior desing, excellent breakfast and most staff, sauna. There was no telephone in the suite. The phone was missing ! The receptionist said it will be supplied the next day . Luckily, she found the missing phone in another room after a few minutes. |

Reception staff were friendly,quiet,tv choice was good especially as nothing is open sundays? and the surroundings were beautiful. Cleaning could have been better for the price you pay and they did not replenish milk or tea that was used... |

The hotel is located in a lovely part of the city. It is quiet and surrounded by green; yet it is only a 15mins walk from the town centre. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff were most helpful. The reception staff were friendly. The hotel has good meeting facilities. It is also very family-friendly. |
