A peaceful oasis, situated near the 13th Century Grand Beguinage, recently added to the list of UNESCO's world heritage sites, and within walking distance of the historic city centre of Leuven, this hotel offers unique surroundings.

The rooms offer a beautiful view of the surrounding gardens and river Dijle, as it winds its way past the hotel and the picturesque houses of the Grand Beguinage.

The hotel has 6 suites, which are spacious and have a separate sitting room with a minibar, coffee and tea facilities and a jacuzzi.

In the evening, you can enjoy the nicest Belgian Beers with a light snack in a cosy bar with orangery. In the morning, breakfast is served in the most beautiful room of the house; an authentic, restored part of the Grand Beguinage.

For sports enthusiasts there is a fitness room, and to relax, there is a sauna. You can also enjoy biking, walking or running in the woods of Leuven, just opposite the hotel.

Comfortable beds, exterior spaces of hotel beautiful.

I have stayed in many hotels in and around Leuven and I was shocked that this was the worst experience for the money. Not a 4 star hotel by any stretch. No coffee in room, nothing extra in room, small, basic room with small bathroom. Breakfast only until 10:00 a.m. Stay elsewhere and get 10 times the quality for your money.

The very helpful reception staff who would do anything that you needed in a timely and professional manner. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was slightly smaller than I expected, and not as clean as it should have been. Also, the rooms could do with some upgrading, e.g. mobile phones would interfere with the clock radio.

The gardens were nice and itwas very quiet and peaceful.Breakfast room had a wonderful "old world " feeling. Very close to Begginshof for walking and exploring on foot.

for a 4 star hotel the room was a little small but not a problem!
