The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Free city map offered upon arrival. Antique style decoration with nice breakfast. Wifi signal is strong and could be connected to multiple devices. Good location that takes only 10 to 15 min walk to major attractions as well as to Brussels Midi Train Station.

Great location for going out in Brussels and for shopping, good value for money, friendly staff, very nice breakfast.

Great (very central) location, super-friendly hosts, delicious breakfast. Spacious room and stylish interior. Restaurants and bars (Moeder Lambic Fountainas 'round the corner!) nearby. It was perfect for our stay.

All staff are very friendly, very helpful. The B&B is in the very good location, many convenience store and restaurant around. Only 10 mins walk to Grand Place. And very close to the metro. Breakfast was perfect, I love a home baked croissant. Room was spacious with a nice IKEA furniture. There are a separate toilet and bathroom. And also a kitchen for guest to use.

The step is narrow.

Location is very goog! Easy to go to everywhere. All staffs are very kind and professional. The breakfast is perfect. The room design is very beautiful. The bed is big and comfortable. The bathroom is big and clean. We felt great in this great and special hotel.

Friendly and efficient service. Excellent location, close to transportation links and many sights. A range of independent shops and restaurants. Modern decoration and room furnishing Breakfast is included which is always a plus.

Stairs are small and steep as I already know from other reviews. Therefore would not recommend for someone who has a lot of luggage or elderly travellers.

The room was not cleaned properly on second day. The sink in the bathroom had toothpaste marks from previous day.

Excellent position, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful owners and staff. Coffee and tea facilities (there is kitchen for guests with fridge, microwave oven, tea and coffee makers, dishes etc). Good breakfast.

Bad smell from drainage system in shower room. Stairs could be a problem for people with health problems. I didn't mind to climb, and even with luggage it was not a problem for me at all, but to go downstairs from kitchen (it's situated on the upper floor) with cup of hot tea was some kind of acrobatic exercise. The room is styllish, but a bit dark

I loved everything, the rooms are big and beautiful, the people are very kind and usefull, the breakfast is excelent and it is very well placed, we can go walking to all the main atractions!

Very unique decor, very clean. Much quiter than I expected since so close to a major street. Excellent Breakfast. Very much appreciated that our host carried our luggage up and down the steep stairs.

The location is perfect for all the main attractions in the city,proximity to the metro is good,thus allowing travel via this method. It is excellent for the gay scene with many bars on the street,so walking distance if you like a beer or three. The double glazing kept street noise out effectively,which was welcome. The very dark walls were to my liking,but others may find this oppressive. The bathroom had a massive shower, no need to shower alone.!

I was somewhat disappointed with the accommodation,the pictures available certainly show the rooms from the most favourable angles,and do not reflect the slightly shabby and antique furniture,albeit i can only comment on my room. The steepness of the stairs to the room are certainly not welcome after a night out and these too need some refurbishment and because they are bare they are noisy when other guests are using them. The wooden floors provide extra noise for your fellow guests,with the guests above myself being particularly inconsiderate. The breakfast room is not in the same building,it is next door,so with bad weather you have to go outside in the morning,this was misleading as the site does give the impression it is all contained in one building,the pics that allude to the breakfast area are not this,but a kitchen which is available for the use of guests.this room being on the 3rd floor. Saturday night I was kept awake with music from adjoining building,so be prepared for this possibility,the noise not emanating from street.

the stair up to our room is quite narrow and no elevator but it's only minor cause i only need to carry the lugguge up and down once

Perfect location, very friendly and accommodating staff. The room we had was very large and comfortable especially for the price.

the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to everything we needed. the rooms were gorgeous and the morning breakfast excellent as well. great location, and great quality for the price paid. highly recommended. also, driectly next to what I consider the best Lambic beer bar in Brussels Moder Lambic.

Breakfast was delicious and presented very nicely. Room was quite nice also.
