Friendly staff and massive breakfast (although far too many sweet things). The heating was on full blast in our bedroom and I was not able to do anything about it. However, I called the staff the next morning and that evening it seemed to be better. |

Centrally located in the Brussels Evere area. Friendly and helpful staff. Adequate breakfast. The room atmoshore was a bit stuffy, it could use a bit more airing. Some Noise from the nearby elevator machine on the fifth floor. The access to the hotelparking under the building is fairly narrow, and in and out traffic needs to pass each other with care, so allow for ample time to drive in and out. |

Very good location, 10 minutes and you are at the airport. For the 4 stars its better to have the bath tab fixed and better bathroom facilities. |

Were greeted warmly and without much delays the keys were presented. The rooms were clean and tidy. The toiletries were incomplete. I suppose most hotels would at least provide a comb and other minor items in the toilet. All this was missing to my astonishment. |

My room was at the quiet side, better sleeping with window open. The electronic key and the doorlock did not function always perfectly. |

the room was lovley very big large comfy bed nice two seater sofa tea making also a fridge nice staff.everything. the price of drinks in the bar are very high 8 euro for a single wiskey.just avoid the bar |

an excellent hotel with good transport facilities to and from the airport. the hotel is clean and well equiped with frienndly staff. Free internet is definately something other hotels should provide. Free internet is definately something other hotels should provide, however in my room the cabled service was not working (no DHCP address) and the wireless signal was very week. more English TV channels would have been useful. |

The hotel had a good shuttle service which made my short stay and flight schedule very comfortable. I was given a room in the morning and was thankful that I did not have to wait .The staff was efficient, the location adequate for getting into the city. the interior of my room, the carpet was due for deep cleaning or perhaps put in a new one. I would have prefered to be closer to the front of the hotel with a street view. I was the last room at the back and felt somewhat isolated.The breakfast price was too expensive for me . Maybe it would be possible to organize coffee and a roll with butter at a reasonable price for those who would like to choose this option.Otherwise, I found the stay very pleasant and would come again. |

nice spacious clean rooms location, 6km outside city centre and 6km from airport, food and drink in the bar was very pricy we got bus into city to get something to eat! |

I was surprised at the size of the room. We had three of us in the room and there was more than enough room. I also felt that the house keeping staff was phenomenal. This hotel really needs to work on their front reception's attitude. They were not very friendly. I had to wait 40 min for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport and then he dropped us in the road, not in front of the street. They did not help with getting the luggage off of the road and onto the sidewalk. We checked in, got our key, and went all the way to our room to find that the key given did not work. I went back down, got the key rekeyed and it still did not work. They let us in with a master key and then I had to wait 2 hours for the shuttle driver to come and rekey the entire door! Very inconvenient since we were starving and wanted to get something to eat. It was Saturday and there was hardly anyone around the neighborhood. |

Very clean, everything you needed was in the room i.e. iron and board, fridge, mini bar, TV and internet and very cosy. Breakfast excellent. English and continental. Drinks way over priced in the bar, hence empty bar most of the time, i.e. I could buy a bottle of whisky in England for the price of one tot of malt in the bar, totally overpriced. |

Room was comfortable, with a big bathroom. The rate per night of 85€ is acceptable Although a 4 star hotel breakfast was additionally charged for the rate of 17€. And the breakfast was so poor with almost anything to choose between, definitelyy big minus for that! Hotel needs a refreshment make up starting from parking space ending with bathrooms. |

The room was large and had free internet connection. Its a bit out dated, worn off hotel. I had a room which was totally on the other side when walking out of elevator - to find it was like a labyrinth. |

That it was located in a culturally mixed residential neighborhood with some great local restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was impressive. It was very hot and uncomfortable in our room and wing of the hotel. Although it had air conditioning, it was barely working. |
