Very convenient location and attitude of the hotel was very nice and sincere. At the same time, the cost was very attractive. |

The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. It looked newly refurbished and gave a feel of a modern hotel. It was also central to the main business district. |

breakfast reception at the airport - no information available and had to find a phone and coins to ring the hotel to find out about the shuttle. This led me to think that next time i will book a hotel that has a sign up at the hiotel shuttle point. |

I liked the proximity to the airport and the transport provided. I found a little bit poor the welcome, nobody helped to carry all the luggage. For the rest it was fine. |

The hotel was good value for money, clean, the staff were helpfull and the rooms were spacious. It was a little bit too far from the centre (15 euros by taxi or 30mins by bus), bar prices were extortionate and the '2 coffee sachets, 2 tea bags and 2 sugars' per room was a bit stingy! |

Staff were very polite and helpful. Wi fi was not free. I thought this was a major oversight in the 21st century, especially in the city of Brussels! We stayed on the 5th floor in a suite which included a lovely room, and living room, but extremely dissapointing bathroom, the toilet was in a seperate cubicle and was like something you would see in a public toilet! The actual bathroom was tiny. The shower was mounted in the bath to the side wall of the bath it was like a dodgy d.i.y. effort! The hot food on the breakfast was not of a high standard, there seemed to be a tour group having breakfast at the same time we dined, i wondered was it not replenished because they were on a cheaper rate? |

The room was comfortable and always clean. There was a good choice of food for breakfast. The quality of food served in the bar/resto was rather poor. In the fitness centre, there could be some desinfection/cleaning liquid so that each person can wipe the machine after use. |

Comfortable, spacious, room on the first floor, overlooking the street. Complimentary chocolates on the table were a nice touch. Free wireless internet a bonus. Gym is tiny, but at least there is one. The mattress was a little too soft - not good for my back. Would like to see a bit more choice of tea/coffee in the room, and some milk, rather than "whitener". The room was a touch too warm, so I had to open the window, which meant a bit of noise from the street. I don't think the air conditioning worked. |

I was there for business and chose it for its location. It was super-close to where I had to be the day after. The Hotel is quite spacious and has all the comforts for a business traveller, including free wifi and a good breakfast. I had the impression that this is a non-smoking hotel. It turned out that the entire 3rd floor is smoking....It kind of gives a bad odour to the rest of the floors too... I also had a bit of trouble when checking in as I was allocated a room (on the 3rd floor) which had not been cleaned yet (at 7 in the afternoon) and had to go downstairs and complain...The reception immediatelly gave me a clean room on another floor..I apreciated the fact that they did not say "could you wait until we clean it" like other hotels have done! |

The staff spook good english and where also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety it had something to suit everyone. The hotel was in a very good area buses ran every 15minutes to the city centre and were very cheap, The hotel did not ban smoking. The bar was very expensive. In the actual surroundings there was nothing outside the hotel. |

Overall very good, especially appreciated the upgrade to an excecutive, which was offered to me, again, highly appreciated. As a result I have booked a room for next coming Friday; 27/11. I would not dare to ask for an upgrade again ..., it might happen again,...spontaneously ... Maybe the breakfast area does not match to the high standard |

The Staff are nice and polite, the breakfast is rich and good, also the personal are helpful, free wifi connection. in the bathroom The sink tap was broken, and was not fixed, but they offered changing the room ! to watch TV you are required to pay too much for old silly movies or music !! the bed mattress is soft uncomfortable at all, 3 nights we did not sleep well, even though it is winter our room was too hot during the night.we had to stop the heating and to open the window to be able to sleep in the mid of November ! mini bar prices are crazy 4.50 euro for a little 200cl coca cola ! or even water. |

The person at the reception was very nice. I arrived early and could have the key of my room. Free internet access ! It was easy to park around the hotel. The room was very quiet. Couldn't find anything about the hotel. |
