Nothing much, 1. front desk staff were helpful in changing room. 2. Airport pick up,
Many ; 1. Rooms v old and in bad shape, 2. Extremely narrow beds in twin rooms, 3. Non working wifi, 4. Very inconvenient location, 5. Very low water pressure in shower, 6. Very poor value for money,
Staff was very helpful and a convenient bus stop right outside of the hotel. Clean room and nice amenities.
Walls are a little thin, could hear the neighbors but that was about it
Very efficient free shuttle service to and from Airport and other business locations.
The staff are very friendly
outlived its life cycle
Food and service Parking convenient
Shower facility could be better made and set
Everything was what you expect from a 3/4 star hotel...
Very comfortable beds Wifi is fast Very clean Bus stop outside the hotel
Too far from the city centre
close to airport city centre accessible by reasonably short bus ride free shuttle service to and from airport
In a room marked for non smoking you can smell smoke, room require refurbishment
I was travelling on business and the hotel was well-located for the company I was visiting but not for an evening out in the centre of Brussels. The staff were friendly and helpful. The WIFI was fast and free.
I was allocated a twin room - not ideal but OK. The beds however were tiny and uncomfortable and better suited to a child than an adult. The lack of a proper hotel restaurant was disappointing.
Greek restaurant accross the street was good. Also, supermarket is just arround the corner. Breakfast is pretty good. The hotel took me from and to the airport with their shuttle during off schedule hours, but only after I've called them and proved that the shuttle bus schedule wasn't posted on the web. :)
I chose this hotel because it offers 'free Wi-Fi and free shutle from/to airport' as it stated on the booking.com website. In fact the shuttle service is possible in certain hours e.g. 6-10 am and then 7-10 pm. The WiFi is free, but limited to 250 Mb per session and 400Mb/day. So, it's good for checking emails, but poor if you'd like to watch film online. The shuttle schedule note appears on the booking confirmation, but only when you have completed the booking. I didn't even noticed it until my arrival. You'll be informed about the wi-fi limit only at your check-in.
Place was clean and beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Great place to spend the night. Breakfast was ok as it had a few hot options and i think breakfast was available until 10.30 or 11am
Staff were willing to help though was a bit cold. Login details for wifi needed to be refreshed every 24 hrs so if you didnt have spare login 'papers' handy you would have to trek down to reception to get it. Nothing else of note in the area and not walkable to city centre
-close to business area -free shuttle bus
-expesive breakfast -complicated acess to wifi -working hours for shuttle bus from the airport
The location very far and out siad from center city
Good and easy access to city by public transportation and to the airport by hotel shuttle. Excellent breakfast.
Faulty internet connectivity. Having to call hotel for shuttle.
Staff were very friendly. Tomorrowland staff were also very helpful and friendly
Wifi code was always a difficult number to input
Airport shuttle to hotel (pre-booking required, called the hotel at the airport info desk and they came in 20 mins sharp)
Hotel key went missing the day of check out, but the staff just handed me a new key to my room as soon as I mentioned the room number - could potentially be unsafe if someone was planning on breaking into your room. Would have appreciated them asking for at least some form of my identification before passing me a new key.
Super quiet location Nicee service and free airport shuttle
A little far from city center but was in front of a bus stop that gets you directly there un about 20-25 min.
Expensive parking with difficult access to hotel 'Restaurant' was snacks in the bar, had to eat out, local area unimpressive Rather old fashioned
Location. Staff. Breakfast
Room. Weariness and very bad smell. Almost impossible to sleep.
A little far away from the airport
The hotel is a perfect choice if you have to visit EACEA. For this occasion the location is excellent.
friendly staff and a perfect breakfast
Includes shuttle to the airport
VERY scary bathtub with shower - nothing to keep you from slipping.
Very modern, clean room. Free wifi was fast and reliable, location good.
Staff seemed a little bit like I was bothering them, even though all I did was check in, and book a shuttle for my leaving. I guess they don't really like their job much, or guests for that matter.
