Although this isn't a luxury hotel, everything was there that we expected to be there, it was clean, comfortable and cosy (great value for the price), the staff were wonderful, very freindly and went out of their way to help you. While not in the centre of town it was easily accessible by metro about 10 or 15 mins. It was lovely waking up to the view of the basillica every morning (which was literally across the road from the hotel). Perhaps a kettle in the room, a couple of cups would have made the stay even better. As the hotel faces a busy street it does get noise during the night but it didn't bother us, even though we were on the first floor. |

Hospitality and family atmosphere offered by owners of the hotel to clients. Very nice service. Room provided with TV and multiple channels. Feeling of security. Possibility of using internet. Hotel surrounded by the Park, very close to Basilique Nationale du Sacré-Coeur and also to Simonis station. Hard to find,. Good quality - good price. |

We had a really nice view from out hotel room. It wasn't in a very busy area so it was relaxing. The family at the hotel were very helpful and easy to understand. It was a walk to get into the city centre. We did make it in after about half an hour of walking but it took some time. |

The couple who run this place are the really nice friendly and will do pretty much anything for you. Always willing to help with anything. Location is great, next to elizabeth park and some big churchy thing that looks nice. Only a couple of stops on the metro and your in the town centre. Great warm and friendly place, would recommend and go again. |

Lovely staff were very cheerful and helpful. The area is also quiet, which may appeal to people wishing to avoid the bustle of the city Frankly the hotel is quite basic. I would have appreciated an ensuite bathroom and a kettle, given the price. There are also some restuarants and bars nearby, but guests should be aware that these are quite a walk and the hotel is not particularly central |

Friendly family run hotel, however the owner was perhaps a little too friendly on some occasions. There was quite a bit of road noise in the room even with the windows closed. The hotel is close to public transport, but still a fair distance from the middle of town. I would reccommend the cheaper rooms -standard room (no bath) is 10 euro cheaper than the comfort room and a slightly smaller room with your own toilet but a shared shower (as clean as the private shower) is another 10 euros less. |

friendly staff, clean rooms, WI-FI The noise of the main street, the small technical inconvenients, not solved in due time, the price for the standard (but fair enough for Brussels). |

Access via Metro 2 until Simonis and Tram 19 works well. The hotel is convenient, but be careful not to take the a room with shared bathroom. Steep stairs are an obstacle for people with disabilities. |
