Very friendly staff as always. If you get one of the large rooms they are very comfortable, light and airy. Breakfast is a very good fresh buffet.

Staff in the hotel speaks very bad english. We had dirty room, rubish on the floor, after claiming nothing happened. Very poor service, dirty room and staff which don't understand you. And we paid 180 euros for one night. Absolutely not recommended.

The hotel is situated close to the major attractions with only walk or a bus ride away. It was also at a good price for the busy holiday period. The room was big and comfortable. The walls were extremely thin and you could hear people coming and going in the other rooms. Also the pipes were very noisy! Our rooms was not cleaned for the 2 days that we stayed there.

The hotel was very close to the city center, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a parking behind the hotel, which is safe and they close the gate in the evening. The breakfast was basic, but good. The room has free Internet. The bathroom was not clean at all, dirty tiles.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice break first. The fact that there is no ventilation (except bath room) is a big minus. The curtain in the shower is almost impossible to adjust in a way so that it can serve it's purpose of preventing water from spilling on the floor, and this would be quite easy and cheap to fix.

The staff were extremely friendly and the included breakfast was quite decent, especially for the price of the room. The room was basic and a bit old, but clean and plenty for our purposes of sleeping. It was easy to take the bus into the main city area as well as the tram to Atomium. The location is a bit far from the center and it's in a bit of a rougher area, though we did not ever see anything specific that would make us feel unsafe.

The man at the front desk of Hotel Bentley was very kind. Although check-in was at 11 am, we arrived at 5 am and he still let us check into our room. We were very appreciative of that. Our T.V. was a bit staticy but they had CNN in english which was nice. Good wifi connection. Breakfast was a nice buffet style, no real meats but you could refill your plate with the bread and eggs that they offer you. Good bathroom facilities, and cleaned to satisfaction. The only big downside to Hotel Bentley is it's location. We arrived in Brussels at 5am on a friday night and before departing the bus we were told by the bus driver that the area is not safe. We then wandered into a Hilton hotel where we asked for directions as our phones had died. The Hilton employee was a great help but told us that we shouldn't even walk the 15 minutes to get to the hotel, and instead to take a taxi. The hotel is a bit out of city center and almost in the middle of the red light district, so a little unnerving.

Always a very friendly welcome; Lovely east-Mediterranean buffet breakfast. Shower gel and shampoo come in those terrible plastic sachets that can often be impossible to open without scissors!!

The free breakfast! The lift was much appreciated, as we were on the 5th floor! The staff were prepared to let us leave our heaviest case in the hotel lobby when we'd checked out of our room, returning for it over 6 hours later before setting off for the airport. The pleasant view over a local park at the back of the hotel - we had not requested this when we booked the room 2 weeks earlier. The television reception in our room was poor at times and some channels were not available all the time. The shower head was immediately above the raised/seating part of the bath - which could be dangerous if you slipped or forgot that the floor of the bath was on 2 levels - there should have been some sort of notice to warn people of this potential trip hazard. The material on top of the bench seating in the breakfast room was very worn and in need of replacing/recovering.

Reasonable priced hotel for Brussels and not too far from the centre. Parking available on site. Noisy as trams ran right past the hotel. The weather was warm and our room hot but we had to close our window to keep down the noise.
