Good value for money, the guy behind the desk is a lent end and will do anything to make the stay good. He cares! Location ok, just around the corner from Gare de Nord and about 30 mins walk to the centre which I really enjoyed. There's something valuable being outside of the main attraction and seeing real life in a cool part if Brussels
They smoke in the lobby which creep through the hotel and into your room
Too much cigarette smoke all over hotel
the only problem was that only one member of staff knew english. But the employees they were really helpful even with language problem.
Never clean up the bathroom during the stay and the breakfast is too expensive and the neiborhood is horrible
comfortable bed wifi was quite good
needs renovation you can hear when your neighbors shower, talk, watch tv, annoying at night when u want to sleep broken toilet in our room
I like the fact that the beds were comfy staff were pleasant
However the entrance to the hotel and most floors stunk of stale smoke which isn't nice for a none smoker. I also recommend bring a cheap kettle as hot drinks are not cheap in the hotel
The first night the young employee did not allocate a quite room as I asked. The next day in the morning the experienced people at the desk suggested a quite room and since then I was able to sleep.
The hotel didn't answer a single email, charged my credit card, when called they were rude and unhelpful on the phone. A complete disaster, NEVER stay at this hotel!!!
Nice, clean bathroom.
I know we shouldn't judge a book by it's cover but the man on reception seemed quite creepy (even for a male like me). Whenever I went out of the hotel he would stand at the door and stare and me. When I came in late and the door was locked, I knocked and he opened the door without a greeting and never said a word. The whole room had a weird and distinct smell.
Price very actractive, not so far from city center, parking a for a resonable price, and staff ok.
the rooms in front to street are so exposed to the noise.
Close to the center (20 minutes walk). Nice Turkish neighborhood.
The hotel is a bit dated and weared.
The hotel has clean and nice rooms, qnd it is located in a quite central position. Last but definetely not least, all the staff is really nice, kind and helpfull.
in the center, the room itself was ok, the beds were ok, bedwash was clean, also the towels. Breakfast was normal and enogh.
The bathroom could have been better, the walls were old and the tube itself was also old.
You can take No.66 bus from the central station, and walk for 5 minutes to arrive the hotel. Good wifi, comfortable bed, and nice staffs.
You need to pay 5 euros to save your luggage here.
A cheap hotel in the Turkish community part of Brussels. Clean but worn out.
Two nights I had sleep interrupted from pipe in bathroom that was so loud I had to wear earplugs to muff noise. Requested refund for two nights but this was not honored. Not one person spoke English. Also, indoors, smoking prohibited in Belgium. Hotel allowed it.
Price and Turkish breakfast
Nothing at all
I dont know if you have to pay or get payed for this experience. The floor was dirty and full of hair and dust.View from my window was also some dirty stairs.Bed was uncomfortable, internet also not very good.Bathroom was smelling moist. The rubbish bin changed after 3 days, but everyday someone was going in the room to open the bathroom door and window of the room.I could listen anyone breathing in the near rooms. Not sure if can be mentioned as a hotel.Photos seem to be years ago...
The location and the staff were excelent. The staff had good operation with English. They gave us city map as we checked in. There was a bus staition to the central station in 2min. The hotel can be reached by 10min walk from station Bruxelles Nord.
The qaulity of the WiFi was not permanently good, but after all you are not in Bruxelles to stay in your hotel room ;)
Location, price and wifi
Really bad bed, I could feel of the springs... and paper walls (if you have silent neighbours, then you are fine... otherwise...)
the staff from the hotel. They are really friendly and helpful.
In the advertisement of the hotel it is said that the breakfast is included. This is not true. Onli when you make the reservation it appears that it is not included.
Location, turkish food, big room
Breakfast was not good.it is purely turkish breakfast. Coffe was horrible with cold milk.no croissant no cornflakes no ya gourds etc....
- private parking - nice view from room - relatively calm location - breakfast included - nice receptionist at arrival
- really dirty bathroom - staff attended room whenever they wanted and took our towels away - unusable staircase
