The related restaurant (150 yards away) was excellent in all ways:staff, food, environment. Receptionist attitude. Failure to meet booking requests is not a customer fault. Attempting to charge for the remedy is commercial suicide. Not having a customer feedback/complaints procedure is probably indicative of arrogant/complacent attitude. |

The location was good for us.Providing a base from which to head off in any direction including Brussels. The bathroom in 214 our room requires a refurb. The surface of the sink area was stained most probably from 2 or 3 Cigarettes have being placed on it and the sink itself was poor probably as result of years of regular use. It also appeared cracked and was not at all inviting. |

The room was very comfortable.Access to the hotel and the car parking were particularly good. We stayed on Wednesday and the restaurant was closed! |

The breakfast is very good. The lady that works in the breakfast room is fantastic!!! The gym is good too. The internet is too expensive and there is no discount for multiple days of usage. |
