It is in a silent area - convenient large enough rooms and good restorants nearby. The hotel is one of the best located to get to SHAPE.

Although they have a small gym, which is inportant for me when I travel, the quipments are in a bad shape e.g. the treadmill was useless and there were no paper tissues in the holder.

Room walls paper thin was disturbed many times and had a terrible nights sleep. The bed was very uncomfortable and I had to use the decorative pillow instead of the normal pillow because it was that lumpy!

I'm very pleased for the acommodation and hotel facilities. The staff was very kindly. The big parking in front the hotel is hudge advantage.

There is no posibility for dinner in the hotel.

Facilities are great, rooms are well-appointed and cared for, hotel is convenient for SHAPE. Staff was great.

Location in Casteau not ideal; local area doesn't have much going on, and Mons is a bit of a drive away. Regular rates could be discounted in this locale.

The cups in the room are to small for tea

We used this hotel as a stop over on the way to Austria, it was comfortable and very peaceful. Location was perfect just 3 mins off the motorway and set well back from the road so no traffic noise.

Could have done with more than 1 member of staff in the lobby as she was covering the reception and bar and we had to wait a long time to check in after an 11 hour journey.

Location is great. Close to SHAPE.

My room was not cleaned adequately. Towels were taken away, but not replaced and the trash was not taken out on my first day. After I said something, it was taken care of.

Location, friendliness of staff and leisure facilities

Could not check in until after 1400 despite being advised 1200. Not the hotels fault but it seemed their was an abundance of insects getting into the hotel, mainly carpet beetles and spiders. Perhaps this was because my room was on the ground floor and next to the fire exit. Did not bother me too much but if my wife had been with me then she would have had trouble sleeping as she is wary of spiders!

The breakfastlady is an asset to this world and an example to all breakfastladies worldwide.

The hotel is boring, I had to wait for ages at check in while the receptionist was taking phone calls, there was no elevator which was kind of awkward because I did not wish to leave my computers in the car, I accidently saw the rim under the toilet seat which was filthy, but mainly the hotel is totally boring and uninspirational. For dinner, skip the equally boring restaurants and head one mile shape direction and on the left side there's a very authentic and very good and very friendly 'fritterie' or snack bar. It's fine, nothing wrong with it at all.

A return visitor, previous problems experienced with the internet have been fixed. System now works very well which was important for me. Food at the associated restaurant was very good if a bit expensive.

Hours for the associated restaurant were not very consistent/regular. Some nights it was open, but not necessarily predictable.

The lady in charge of the restaurant at breakfast was the most friendly and helpful I have ever come across in any hotel! Food was good and plentiful. Front door parking available.

No lift or assistance with luggage. Restaurant in hotel only open in the evenings in the HIGH season, but two others nearby.

This hotel lies back from the main road so is in aquiet setting. The room was on the small side but has all the conveniences of a Premier Inn type of hotel (inc. a kettle!) although the en-suite is rather cramped. There is an independent restaurant, on the main road, of a very high standard but not too pricey. There is also another restaurant on the other side of the road. A buffet breakfast is served in a nice breakfast room at the front of the hotel, which had a very good choice. The waitress on duty was Slovakian and was extremely friendly and helpful.

Makkelijk te vinden.

Kamer niet schoongemaakt, Volle prullebakken, vieze badkamer, zelfs 1 van de bedden leek al beslapen. Ik had bij aankomst alleen mijn tas op de kamer gezet en kwan pas in de nacht weer terug. De morgen erop mijn beklag gedaan en er kon allen een slap sorry vanaf. Voor mij nooit meer Best Western Plus Hotel Casteau.

HROZNE MEKKE POSTELE!!! boli z nich zada :( Jinak jako namety na zlepseni: v letacich a na internetu je uvedeno, ze je k dispozici sauna (na fotce je finska, ale je zde jen infra) a jacussi (byla nefunkcni), na snidani k michanym vajickum na misto parecku byly klasicke moucne parky a "jogurty" byly k dispozici pouze nahrazky bez tuku a chuti.

Eigenlijk alles. Er was wat verwarring bij het inchecken omdat de informatie van de afdeling reservatie niet zo duidelijk was, maar dat was al snel opgelost, naar onze grote tevredenheid.

Het tweepersoonsbed in de kamer was aan de smalle kant.

Tout était correct sauf la literie. Le petit déjeuner était très complet. La salle de bain était propre.

Le matelas était très inconfortable.
