Breakfast was minimal, and along with most other hotels I have stayed at while in Europe, the fruit juices were watered down so much as to make them undrinkable. My room was next to the one way street that the hotel is on, and vehicle noise around 7am was a bit intrusive. |

Cheerful and heplfull staff Please note that the hotel is in Menen, not in Ipers, so if you are visiting the Menen Gate you are a good 14kms away, leave at least 45 minutes for travel, parking and finding a good spot. |

Rooms Small bar, restaurant only served pizzas and hotel has a hold of one thousand euro on my credit card and it hasn't been released yet.. A disgrace. |

Our room was very spacious, with an exceptionally large bathroom. Our friends were travelling in a family of four and were able to obtain a quad room which we were unable to find at any other hotel. The fitness equipment was minimal, ancient and did not function well. This seems to be a common problem in European hotels, but I did expect better from a Best Western, given the positive experiences that we have had in other locations. Also, the breakfast setup had some problems. Specifically, the coffee machine was broken, and the food selection was limited. |

nice staff i didn`t think it deserved 4 stars, no tea/coffee in room, only microwaved food in the evening.our room was next to the bar & we had to move to a different one the next day |

This hotel is close to the railway station, and although it does not have a restaurant, there are a few good restaurants within walking distance. Large comfortable rooms. |

Voor mij is het geen hotel, maar een motel. Je kan er niet eten alleen staat er buiten een automaat met etenswaren. Het is oud en niet muf.Ik begrijp niet dat dit zo duur is, terwijl het nog geen één ster waard is. |

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Was reeds 2de maal dat ik in dit hotel logeerde en opnieuw was dit een zeer aangenaam verblijf. Er waren werken aan de gang maar niets belemmerde dit mijn verblijf! |

Le jacouzzi meme si pas de notice de fontionnement et le repas du matin Le prix que j'ai payer est pas intéréssent 165e le parking pas de place en plus en travaux le jacouzzi pas de manuel d'utilisation la télé une chaines francaise le reste ces que du belge et ce que j'ai vraiment pas apprécier ces quil y aver des toile d'arrégnier et des poils dans la salle de bain pour le prix je suis désoler mais non ces tro cher je n irer plus et je le conseillerer pas |
