wij vonden alles matig en/of slecht.q À Te weinig dekens op de kamer vooral met deze winter weer. Het hotel is niet met de tijd mee gegaan . Heeft geen mooie uitstraling. De prijs is daarom veel te hoog.

Kamer was goed evenals de badkamer; gratis parkeren op eigen terrein en de straat Er moest bij binnenkomst worden afgerekend; er was voor onvoldoende mensen gedekt bij het ontbijt, de medewerkers waren inactief en daardoor onvoldoende aanvulling van brood en etenswaren. Daarnaast was het ontbijt van een middelmatige kwaliteit.

Rustig gelegen op 500 m van Grote Markt. Veilig : na 23 h alles gesloten. Slechte ontvangst. Kamer niet volgens booking. Betaling bij inchecken.(om "files" bij het uitchecken te vermijden, en opdracht van "mijnheer") Veel te kleine badkamer. Afstandbediening TV versleten en werkt niet. Geen Wifi op kamer en heel zwak (tijdelijk) in de bar. Eéntalig frans personeel.Ontbijt : minimaal en goedkope, merkloze producten. Geen personeel aanwezig : alle gebruikte tafels onafgeruimd. Bij uitchecken : geen personeel aan balie. 15 minuten gewacht, dan via gsm naar hotel gebeld tot er iemand kwam... Geen factuur. Na aandringen werd "mijnheer" gebeld. Bleek diegene te zijn die mij incheckte en zelf naar "mijnheer" verwees ! Hotel is oud en er worden duidelijk geen investeringen gedaan. Conclusie : nooit meer !

het feit dat de kamer heel ruim is, zelfs als je met 3 personen in de kamer zit. Het ontbijt is wat gewoontjes en kan veel verzorgder. Het personeel is niet altijd beschikbaar.

L'accueil très sympathique, les chambres et la salle de bains très spacieuse. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de jus d'oranges frais au petit déjeuner, mais il y a des fruits.

- 3 vrais lits séparés - Literie confortable - Salle de déjeuner agréable. - Centre-ville de Menin/Menen - Odeur très persistante de cigarette, y compris dans une chambre non fumeur. Très désagréable. - Chambre mal insonorisée. - Parking trop petit. - Pas de verrou à la porte des toilettes. - Fuite au pommeau de douche, par ailleurs pas très propre. - Peu d'équipement (pas de fer à repasser, pas de bouilloire, pas de balayette à WC). - Pas assez de couvertures et d'oreillers. - Petit déjeuner très décevant (jus d'orange => sirop, pas de viennoiseries, etc) - Pas de baignoire à bulle mentionnée sur le site. => Au final, cet hôtel est extrêmement cher au vu des prestations très basiques qu'il offre. La facture est bel et bien "Best Western", mais la qualité de cet hôtel fait plus penser à Campanile ou Ibis. Le site montre 4 étoiles, il n'en vaut que 2. Best Western nous avait toujours habitués à BEAUCOUP mieux.

Net hotel, goed bed, keurig ontbijt en parkeerplaats die 's avonds wordt afgesloten. Goed voor een kort verblijf. Het hotel is zeer onpersoonlijk en kaal. De prijs kwaliteit is in dat verband niet goed. Personeelslid deed zijn best.
