Best Western County House  

Well priced for an excellent Hotel.

The night shift receptionist (old guy, with coat) was so courteous and very kind.

The other man in the morning shift is very rude. Not very helpful.Would suggest to remove him and place him as a cleaner.

Great location near a tram and bus stop, Quiet rooms on the back side, spacious, clean and great breakfast. Staff was very helpful getting us where we needed to go. Good price too

The personnel of the hotel has been extremely nice and kind, really willing to help and satisfy guest's needs.

In three words- breakfast quality - size of toilet/shower room - and towels were thin and small. Things like this just take away from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Poor quality of the room (windows are not made in a proper way), rooms are noisy and cold, poor internet connection

I booked a double room but they gave a twin - when I pointed this out they kindly upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge. Was very pleasant stay

There is always a shortage of tea and coffee etc - they leave the kettle trays and with all the sachets in the landings on each floor opposite the lifts and you have to go from floor to floor to try and find what you need!! Not very good!!

This hotel was clean with very comfortable beds. Room was clean and medium and had a nice balcony. The breakfast variety was particularly good. The restaurant was very clean and the service very good. The prices were not very high for Brussels.

Room sound insulation is poor and it was a constant noise from the traffic and the trams. The parking was most of the time full and you can hardly find a parking lot in the area. No tea or coffee making facilities and no fridge. The wireless connection was very bad, it worked only next to the reception and even there very slow.

The room was not so nice, clean but very basic. Location was in a calm area but parking house was full so it was difficult to get parking. Breakfast was good.

The room was smoking in spite of booking non-smoking, and when asking for a non-smoking room there were only doubles with 140cm (narrow) beds available.

The Hotel was really clean and in good neighborhood, the breakfast was tasty

location, the Hotel is far away from the city centre, but there is a good public connection (tram 4 or 33)

Good for temporary stay.

The County Hotel management are not client faced. Very inflexible approach to the customers issues and playing blame games to the third party whenever they can. Be careful. Would not advise.
