Its the perfect location for my stay in Brussels. I like that every room has a balcony. The quality of their eggs and orange juice at breakfast.

Breakfast eas nice and the staff was ok at the breakfast, my room was always clean and was quiet during night... The blonde girl is the best recdptionist, helpful and she is glad to help you... Al Didn't like that the chck in is at 3 pm and there is an old guy as receptionist.. We didn't like him.. He checked in some other guys (older people) before 3 pm and then he told us too that we can check in too(after waiting 1 hour at the reception).. He was making differences between customers.. Like he hates visitors... He was always looking at us ugly... I will not come again because of that guy... About the blonde lady: all my respect and thank you for your kindness

Great location - tramstop to centre right outside and only EUR 2.50 to city centre. Uccle itself is a lovely area - plenty of nice shops, bars and restaurants. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and English was widely spoken. The room was clean and spacious and had a balcony. There was a good selection available for breakfast. Free wifi and the availability of parking space was another reason for our choice of this hotel, which we would be happy to revisit in the future.

The purpose was to be as close to Elyzea Clinic as I was hang surgery there, therefore the location was perfect as it was a short taxi ride away. The room was spacious and clean. We were given clean towels the second day of our stay. The maids were always friendly and smiling when we saw them. As explained above the purpose of my stay was that I was having surgery, I therefore confirmed with booking.com a late check-out on Tuesday 8th May at 3pm as I would be in great discomfort and pain the day after my surgery. However we received a phone call at 12pm on 08/05/12 asking if we would like to extend our stay, I explained the situation and the receptionist did not believe me and claimed he had no confirmation of our late check out.I Was then forced to get out of bed and carry a laptop downstairs to show him the email (this alone was very painful), he then in a very rude manner pointed out that the e-mail did not confirm the late check-out- I had to calmly explain that if he read to the end of the paragraph it clearly stated that "Eric from reception confirms this". I was clearly in great discomfort and pain and I felt that the receptionist spoke to me extremely rudely and showed absolutely no apology for having dragged me downstairs in such a rude and unthoughtful manner. This was very much the way all the reception staff were towards us for the entire stay. I am fluent in French as I have previously lived in France for 11 years, therefore I made the effort to speak in French to the hotel staff in order to be polite, however I was always replied to in English. At one point I was very rudely asked "What do you want- English or French?!" This was not said in a polite manner, it was extremely abrupt and rude and I was cut off mid-sentence. I had absolutely no problem communicating with anyone else in Belgium in French so was shocked by this response. I greatly enjoy city breaks and staying in hotels, however I felt that the poor attitude of the hotel staff really put a downer on my stay at Best Western County House and I will not be staying there again, I will certainly advise friends and family not to stay there either. I

Calmness no children around, strangely. Good breakfast restaurant busy in evening although did not eat there. Often hotel restaurants are quiet in the evenings. Lovely balcony. Room could do with air conditioning when it is hot. Good balcony but overlooked by household opposite.

Staff very kind. Compared to the hotel of the centre, much best price for this category! Room big and confortable. Position not close to the centre, although there is a direct tram and metro to get there in 30 minutes. Staff very kind but some small problems of the room were not resolved during my three days stay, although asked every day. Windows rather dirty, I'd say matt.

(+) safe parking garage, clean renovated bathroom w/ tub, uncomplicated & free internet access (-) window in room 122 was broken and taped, didn't close well, so a draft of cold air and noise came in steadily - I had to fix it with more tape from the supermarket, then it was ok. Breakfast isn't overwhelming, the usual French-type thing from industrial production.

Staff was friendly, although we got misleading advice on restaurants in the neighbourhood. The wireless internet connection in the room was unstable and very slow. It was almost useless. This was in the evening after seminar hours. The grapefruit juice at breakfast was highly diluted with water. Pointing this out to the staff led to an immediate fix. Otherwise, breakfast was quite OK.

I booked a double room but they gave a twin - when I pointed this out they kindly upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge. Was very pleasant stay There is always a shortage of tea and coffee etc - they leave the kettle trays and with all the sachets in the landings on each floor opposite the lifts and you have to go from floor to floor to try and find what you need!! Not very good!!

This hotel was clean with very comfortable beds. Room was clean and medium and had a nice balcony. The breakfast variety was particularly good. The restaurant was very clean and the service very good. The prices were not very high for Brussels. Room sound insulation is poor and it was a constant noise from the traffic and the trams. The parking was most of the time full and you can hardly find a parking lot in the area. No tea or coffee making facilities and no fridge. The wireless connection was very bad, it worked only next to the reception and even there very slow.

Good for temporary stay. The County Hotel management are not client faced. Very inflexible approach to the customers issues and playing blame games to the third party whenever they can. Be careful. Would not advise.

Room and bathroom were small but well designed and worked well. Balcony overlooking the green and memorial was by far the best thing. This won't apply to most rooms as most balconies have no real view. Tea and coffee were supposed to be available on each floor. We stayed there three days, complained a number of times but only two sachets of coffee, two decaffienated and two teabags were supplied for the whole floor during the three days. There was also nowhere suitable to plug the kettle in.

This hotel was clean with very comfortable beds. Room was large and had a nice balcony. The price was excellent and it was very easy to access from Brussels Midi station, catch the No. 4 tram to Stalle p and get off at Heros. (No 33 after 8 pm). (15 min very easy trip).Very easy with luggage, then across the road into the hotel. The rooms were modern with tea and coffee making facilities available. Breakfast was included and was good. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. It appeared popular with international business people. Very easy to access main shopping, tourist and historical areas on the tram system. Tram to Gare du Nord get off at Bourse for historical centre and shopping. (Lots of wonderful chocolate and beer shops, leather goods, and so much more). Bargain for the leather goods. We were very pleased with our choice of this hotel. This hotel exceeded our expectations, we were very pleased.
