Easy to access, late check-in possible, good bathroom, small but with every relevant stuff needed. I needed a place where to have a shower in the morning, because of works at home (central heating/hot water off). I arrived late (22.00), got a room at 2nd floor on the main street with a lot of noises. Isolation problems re. main door of the room (giving on the lift and hall, very noisy, but due to guests here... so what can you do) and street noises very early in the morning. |

Friendly staff At 9:00, there was only a little bread left at the breakfast; enough for me, but there wasn't much to choose anymore (there came some more bread later though) |

Personalet i receptionen var meget meget hjælpsomme og venlige, og også fleksible. Jeg havde brug for et rum med køleskab, og fik byttet rum med det samme til hotellets eneste rum med køleskab. Minibar på værelset |

La comprehension et la gentillesse du personnel d'accueil. Le petit déjeuner copieux et la propreté des chambres. Le rapport qualité prix pour Bruxelles. Nous avons été très satisfaits : pour y dormir une nuit c'était tout à fait adaptée et très proche de notre famille ... L'empressement du personnel de salle à nous faire terminer votre petit déjeuner avec une mauvaise humeur apparente car l'heure de fin de service est dépassée ... La décoration standardisée un peu "retro" |

Bonjour, l'hotel m'a convenu dans l'ensemble, ...Hormis les fait d'etre restée enfermée à cause du loquet cassé de la porte, que la personne d'entretien a du carrément enlever, et qui, malrgé un engagement de sa part, n'a pas été remplacé avant mon départ (l'accueil m'a proposé de changer de chambre à la place).
