Everything was perfect. Hotel is located on quiet place but close to Louise metro station. Room was practically equiped, everything was very clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed being there.

Very quiet location and pleasant staff Showers in our room were pretty poor, in terms of the availability of hot water in the evening as well as water pressure the following morning. Was manageable though

Value for money is really great. Location was not ideal but historical city center is a walkable distance (around half an hour). Metro station (just in case) is nearby. Poor breakfast, i.e. no warm dishes.

Room was smaller but very clean and also comfortable. Bathroom was OK too and again I must highlight that cleanness was almost 100%. Staff was friendly and the street was not noisy at all. Nothing important, maybe the breakfest was a little bit poorer.

The hotel is very well located in Brussels, next to a shopping area and close to public transportation. The hotel attendants are very friendly and always willing to help with our inquiries. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, and maybe the best, it was very quiet. The hotel has free wireless internet. The wireless internet is only available at the main and first floor.

It is located in a nice quiet area near Bruxelles Old City (15-20 min walking). I stayed in a clean room on the 4th floor. There is a mini-fridge in the room, lcd TV; overall the room is ok. The price could be a little lower.

Clean, breakfast good. Most standard hotel facilities - more than in many much higher priced hotels. Good shower. Dark and gloomy. Short auto-timer lights in some corridors. Others unlit until you found the switch. Very short time span lit. Room dark, lights poor. I know we are saving the planet but ... Were the nets meant to be grey or just needed washing. Decor uninspiring.

This hotel is located in a reasonably quiet area of Brussels. The room was small but adequate and sufficiently comfortable for a one-night stay. The reception and breakfast staff were pleasant. The breakfast was quite good.
