I liked the pricavy , it's the best, it's so good that indeed you feel like in your own, appartement. The hotel is very clean and very well situated in brussels, i will reocmmand it for a Busness trip , but not for a Holiday trip.
I reserved the Hotel, because it was supposed to be a Spa Inside, but i had to reserve it, then it said that it was not really avalaible.. Indeed i didn't used anything in the Hotel. Poor communication inside the Hotel, no very friendly breakfeast room.
The room design and style, it has a spiral stairs!
I like it
Great location, friendly helpful staff, easy parking, A very comfortable bed and a good breakfast.
Extractor fan in bathroom had failed.
The location is good
Breakfast didn't have many options
Well located in the Ixelles area, handy to subway and tram lines. Air-conditioning was very good - critical in our top floor room in June. Doesn't look the greatest and room was small, but clean and certainly serviceable. Good value.
Room was small.
Central location clean rooms and quiet for a good nights sleep Good value with breakfast included in the price
Bed was OK. Breakfast was reasonable. Location was good (near Avenue Louise).
Room was badly maintained (e.g. exposed electrical wires). Bedroom floor was wood not carpet which was not pleasant. Facilities in room very basic (not up to 3* standard) and desk so small no good for working.
Very good position and nice staff. Clean room and good breakfast.
The young persons of the staff.
My worst hotel experience in the last years. I booked a room in the Beverly Hills Hotel at 100 Euro/night but I was given a room in a building (Beverly Hills Residence?) about 30 meters far from the hotel without any reception or other guest facility. Only rooms and old-dirty staircase and elevator. The stairs area was not ventilated and it was like entering in a greenhouse. I found the same condition entering my room at the last floor. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not operate and I had to go back to the Hotel building to change batteries in its remote control. The ceiling was too low in most area of the room and made any move quite uncomfortable. It was impossible to go around the bed without bending twice at height clearance slightly more than 1,5 meter. There was a small closet (about half meter wide) but its door could not open more than 45 degrees because of the bed. Even more there was only one clothes hanger inside. There was a desk at a corner where the ceiling was very-very low. In this room you could stand up only in a square meter after the door, in front of a window and inside the bathroom. Most useful area was in the bathroom! The wifi did not work with my laptop. There was also a confusion with many passwords apparent in a room's book. The seat of the toilet (made by wood painted white) was an antique in a rather new bath! It was at least disgusting to see the erosion of the white color at the internal edges of the seat. The least annoying problems were a weak unpleasant odor from the bathroom sinks and some construction noises from the next buildings after 8.00.
The hotel was quite clean. It's a good value for money! Breakfast is included, and is quite standard.
very noisy internet failed regularly very expensive for quality offered
hotel not far from shops and resturants, close to transport links. reception staff ver friendly and helpful. would throughly recommend and would stay again
not much space to get around bed to balcony
Poor location Dodgy surroundings Uncomfortable and noisy rooms Lack of breakfast choice and availability Wall paint dirty Unhelpful night time receptionist
All the above
Failure to link to WiFi
not far from downtown, perfect option for 50 euros for a room with a doublebed
wifi only on reception, and canteen
The superior room in which I was staying was modern and very clean. The hotel is a 8-minutes walk from the metro (Louiza stop) and in a quite road
Basic breakfast, the food at the buffet did not change so often. Some common areas look older compared to the room. Anyway, I would not consider these as big problems.
Location near the town centre and secure car park next to the hotel.
Functionality and seclusion
Bathroom too far from droning area. Stairs difficult at night.
Very clean hotel, close to Luise e Port de Namur metro stations. Nice prices (67€/night)
Wi-fi didnt work properly
Meeting the owner The friendly receptionists could speak several languages including German! The easy access to reach the parking and its size The comfortable bed The location The simple but tasty breakfast and the interesting baguettes bread. The coffee machine
The room was too small The pin at the shower faucet was broken Chateau Qanafar Lebanese wine was not on the list!! The television set (not very clear, snowy screen)
The hotel was fine for a short city break, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was a cold buffet with fresh food and presented nicely. The reception staff were friendly and helpful .
nothing- fine for our short city break.
staff are very nice and friendly.
- Good location - Good breakfast - Private parking (in a nearby (20m from hotel) garage - max. 4 cars, must reserve!)
- Fridge wasn't working (no cooling) - but we slept only 1 night so we didn't even mention it to the staff
Good breakfast included in the price, fridge in the room, good location and value for money
The room was very hot with no ventilation, no British channels on TV (BBC1 and 2) normally available in Brussels.
nice hotel. very good value for money
