Very helpful staff
the usual ordeal with fake taxis, but this one ordered by the hotel, most likely a friend, which charged far too much going to the airport and could not give a receipt.
central location though on a quite street, nice breakfast choice, good WiFi, helpful staff, large TV channel selection.
room poorly furnished and not very comfortable, water in the bathroom was only lukewarm, room located in a different building so no direct access to reception and breakfast area.
Friendly staff at front desk. Good Wifi reception and bandwidth. Nice breakfast room. Hotel located in quiet side street not far away from Louiza and Port de Namur, so respective Metro stations and shopping venues easy to reach.
Everything was in general very clean, but the bathroom was plagued by mould stains on the whole ceiling and in some corners. Also I had the impression that the non-smoking policy was not always obeyed in my room as there was a slight such stench noticable. Sound insulation in my room was insufficient, as I could clearly hear a neighbouring guest arriving.
I loved the location and the room was very neat and clean. The breakfast was included in price and was basic but fresh and good and the reception was quite helpful
If there was a kettle with coffee and tea in the room it would be perfect
good location, nice breakfast is included
noise from outside (seems walls are thin), they have a private parking, but you have to leave your key at the frond desk.
Very friendly (new) receptionist. Breakfast basic but good. Clean. Small fan was a bonus. Definitely worth the price!
Everything was fine.
-close to the city center( 20 min. walking) -very nice, friendly and helpfull staff -clean
this is not 3 stars hotel: -shower fited with strips to the shower pipe!?! (was broken and they didn't want to replace it. -dump on the shower window; -you can hear your neighbours taking (and they didn'n talk laud) -no mineral water in the room (should be in 3 stars hotel -very poor breakfast (nothing warm to eat -garage for 3 cars and no parking space around -no coffe facilities at room -slow wifi True is that owners doesn't care about room impresion. They think they will have guests becouse there are close to city center. Hotel must gethad 3 stars long time ago. Nowadys it should be 1 star hotell. For this price you can get much better offer.
Location is a bit out of the centre, but you can easy walk. The room is very clean and the breakfast was good.
The staff was a bit weird, when you ask something they help you, but when you enter for example the lobby, they don't take the effort to say good morning.
Mooie ruime kamer, centrale ligging t.o.v. diverse points of interest
I liked the pricavy , it's the best, it's so good that indeed you feel like in your own, appartement. The hotel is very clean and very well situated in brussels, i will reocmmand it for a Busness trip , but not for a Holiday trip.
I reserved the Hotel, because it was supposed to be a Spa Inside, but i had to reserve it, then it said that it was not really avalaible.. Indeed i didn't used anything in the Hotel. Poor communication inside the Hotel, no very friendly breakfeast room.
The room design and style, it has a spiral stairs!
I like it
Great location, friendly helpful staff, easy parking, A very comfortable bed and a good breakfast.
Extractor fan in bathroom had failed.
The location is good
Breakfast didn't have many options
Well located in the Ixelles area, handy to subway and tram lines. Air-conditioning was very good - critical in our top floor room in June. Doesn't look the greatest and room was small, but clean and certainly serviceable. Good value.
Room was small.
Central location clean rooms and quiet for a good nights sleep Good value with breakfast included in the price
Bed was OK. Breakfast was reasonable. Location was good (near Avenue Louise).
Room was badly maintained (e.g. exposed electrical wires). Bedroom floor was wood not carpet which was not pleasant. Facilities in room very basic (not up to 3* standard) and desk so small no good for working.
Very good position and nice staff. Clean room and good breakfast.
The young persons of the staff.
My worst hotel experience in the last years. I booked a room in the Beverly Hills Hotel at 100 Euro/night but I was given a room in a building (Beverly Hills Residence?) about 30 meters far from the hotel without any reception or other guest facility. Only rooms and old-dirty staircase and elevator. The stairs area was not ventilated and it was like entering in a greenhouse. I found the same condition entering my room at the last floor. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not operate and I had to go back to the Hotel building to change batteries in its remote control. The ceiling was too low in most area of the room and made any move quite uncomfortable. It was impossible to go around the bed without bending twice at height clearance slightly more than 1,5 meter. There was a small closet (about half meter wide) but its door could not open more than 45 degrees because of the bed. Even more there was only one clothes hanger inside. There was a desk at a corner where the ceiling was very-very low. In this room you could stand up only in a square meter after the door, in front of a window and inside the bathroom. Most useful area was in the bathroom! The wifi did not work with my laptop. There was also a confusion with many passwords apparent in a room's book. The seat of the toilet (made by wood painted white) was an antique in a rather new bath! It was at least disgusting to see the erosion of the white color at the internal edges of the seat. The least annoying problems were a weak unpleasant odor from the bathroom sinks and some construction noises from the next buildings after 8.00.
The hotel was quite clean. It's a good value for money! Breakfast is included, and is quite standard.
very noisy internet failed regularly very expensive for quality offered
hotel not far from shops and resturants, close to transport links. reception staff ver friendly and helpful. would throughly recommend and would stay again
not much space to get around bed to balcony
