The hotel staff was friendly, the room was sober but immaculate, for this type of price at this location you cannot possibly wish for anything else. Not for those who seek comfort, but excellent choice for people who rather spend their monney on shopping, food and drinks and do not mind sharing the shower. |

The hotel staff was friendly and kind. They were available when I needed. Breakfast was good but it will be better if the price were included in room rate. I was not interrupted or disturbed while I am in my room. And the best, it is just near the Antwerp central station. The rooms were very small. The bed and bed sheets were so old and decrepit. There was a heavy smell in hotel building like mildew. |

Location - it is in the centre of the Antwerp, close to main train station. From Saturday to Sunday (when there were more people on the floor) the toilets were not clean and without toilet paper. |

The location was good, breakfast ok, staff was friendly. Too small room, no view, not very clean. The room and the linen smelled from some chemical, which was probably used to repel bugs. However, the day when we left, we found biting marks on my child, so better watch out for bedbugs! |

When I checked in, Hotel Staff required me Cashh Payment even though they accept Credit Card Payment. I declined the offer once, but he required again to go to the Cash Machine and pay with Cash. Finally to avoid Accomodation Problem, I had to follow his offer... |
