The staff, they were very friendly, the hotel was nicely decorated and clean and the location was excellent. The only small thing i didnt like was that was that the bed was made of 2 beds so if I wanted to lay close to my boyfriend I always felt the space in between the beds. But the beds were very comfortable. |

Superb staff, small hotel with a family atmosphere - nothing was too much trouble. Located close enough to the central square (5 mins) but far enough away to be lovely and quiet at night with no traffic noise. Could do with drink making facilities in rooms and maybe an update to the TV in use. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good right in the heart of Bruges. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Shower was connected to the bath taps but had no connection on the wall. |

The hotel is centrally located and the rooms were clean. The two hotel staff who we met when we arived were the rudest people Ive met for a very long time. They refused to help us with our car parking reservation we had with the hotel, one just walked off and the other turned her back on us whilst we were talking to her and told us to 'get lost' . They also claimed they was no hotel manager to whom we could escalate our complaint. In addition, sound insulation is poor, and having a room overlooking the sometimes noisy street led to a disruptive nights' sleep. As a regular business traveller around Europe, this was the worst hotel Ive stayed in. |

I found the hotel very central to all the major tourist attractions, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. I thought the bedroom was very dark and didnt think the choice of colour helped, also some of the light bulbs were not working. |

The breakfast This hotel has nothing to offer anyone who would like to be comfortable. My room was on the street, so noisy all night long. Small and very dimly lit with a very small bathroom. I work in European tourism and if I was staying more than one night I would have left immediately on arrival |

The hotel is situated right in the city centre of Bruges and offers good quality for its price. If you are travelling with your baby you might have difficulties to use the elevator with a buggy, because the elevator is narrow. |

No hair dryer in the room, decor quite dated, poor breakfast. I'd rather say it's a B&B but no way a 4 star hotel... |

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It wasn't too expensive. The location was excellent. There was a broken mosquito panel in our room. |

The hotel has a great location right in the heart of Bruges 5 minutes walk to the main square, me and my partner found the staff friendly and helpful pointing us in the right way to places of interest! Also the breakfast buffet was nice and fresh, with a good continental selection of cereal, fruits, breads, cheese & hams etc etc, all in all a pleasant stay for a weekend getaway! |

The hotel is superbly situated just a couple of minutes walk from the Markt Square; the room was lovely, nicely decorated and clean. The mattress was very soft, however it would obviously be impossible to please everyone in this regard, so a minor complaint really. |
