The hotel was very central. Staff very helpful. Hotel very clean The bar was only open until 11pm |

Nice cosy room although a bit basic for a 4* hotel, location. Small very basic bathroom, not superclean and no shower(curtain). Small elevator, breakfast choice was a bit limited. All in all a nice hotel but not a 4*, as a frequent traveller I would rate this hotel a decent 3*. |

The location is superb and is within 3minutes walking distance from the main square. The continental breakfast is excellent with tea and coffee on request. I would describe the facility as a good B&B or 3* hotel in an excellent location. No tea making facilities in room. Poor TV English channel selection. The hotel bar is somewhat expensive and very small. |

Location, friendly staff, nice breakfast, comfortable room. No mount for the shower head, so I had to hold it up to shower, which was quite awkward. Also, no shower curtain, which meant the place got soaked. |

Very helpfull and smiling staff. There wasn't anything that I didn't like, but it's not easy to get to the hotel by car - but that's one of the charming things about Brügge |

cleanliness of hotel and rooms, it was rated as 4* however I would say as a seasoned traveller that it is more like a 3* |

The rooms were excellent. The staff were all you could ask for. The breakfast could have been a bit better but it is contintinental & they had everything you would expect. |

Friendliness & pleasantness of staff. Value for money. Great location, 10mins walk from the Market Square. Overall I have no negative comments, apart perhaps from the wall colour in our room - dark brown, which was very dark! Other aspects made up for this minor detail though. |
