Hotel BLOOM    

The Bloom Hotel is a very nice one. A bit design, very friendly service, nice breakfast, walking distance to city center 15 minutes. The price is on 3 star level, but the quality of the hotel is on 4 star level. No pool but fitness center. I would go there once again!

We had a room with park view, maybe a room to the street could be a bis noisy, but I do not know

Would recommend to anyone. Great value for money. Rooms were clean comfortable and stylish.The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent:5 mins walk from Brussels Nord rail station &15 mins from old town.

We liked the price & packages, spacious rooms, free wifi & location (next to Botanique).

Parking & breakfast are a bit expensive... The windows are not well insulated, you can feel the air coming in!

Room service would have been great, as after a few drinks late at night we got pretty hungry.

I thought the room and just the hotel in all was decorated very very cute.

The bathroom in our room seemed a bit outdated compared to how cute everything else was. Not enough concierge at the front desk to help. Huge line of people and also the receptionist didn't seem to know too much about the Red Bus tour.

The price is reasonable. The hotel is good: clean, free wifi, nice hotel staff. It is not in the center of the city, but it it convenient for you walk to the train station and city center .

Watching movie cost too much.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the room itself was like a work of art. All of the staff were extremely helpful, and the hotel was conveniently close to the Botanique Metro stop. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a comfortable, quiet, beautiful place to stay in Brussels.

Sometimes there was a long wait at reception.

The interieur, design. The atmosphere is open, clean, fresh...

The staff at the restaurant was terrible!! Not friendly at all!!!! The quality of the food wasn't good either. This in contradiction to the lobby. My recommendation to friends would be to just use the hotel as a place to sleep because of the location and price.

There is nothing I don't like about the Bloom hotel.

I liked everything about this hotel. Very nice decorations in rooms, very clean. Unlimited internet use, very comfortable beds. There is a coffee machine and you can make coffee by yourself. There is a fridge, TV, place where they save your things after check out. The staff was very helpfull and nice. There is a shop acros the street, nice park.

For two nights after a midnight we heard quite loud noices of some drunk people who came back from some parties or smth, but it is not a hotel fault.

Spacious rooms, well furnished and equipped.

Bathroom very tired. Floor and wall tiles were grubby, and sealant around bath was lifting and stained. Seal was missing from bottom of shower screen, so the floor was left wet after every shower. Bar was closed all Saturday afternoon into early evening.

The bar and restaurant were closed because of a private party, very bad for those not in the private group!!! The shower in bath set up is not of the star rating we would of expected, charleroi airport hotel was fabulous you need to check it out. We were only casually looking through the tv menus and were hit with a 30 euro charge for a movie we didnt want,the options to select individual movies needs to be changed, qyuickly. Definitely will not recommend the hotel.

Price / comfort ratio

Booked a King room, and got a twin.

The room size was good. The metro was a short walk away and the Carrefour was across the road. There is also a Pharmacie across the road if needed. If you didn't have the room cleaned they left a voucher under the door for €5 to use in the bar. (The bar/restaurant isn't open on Sundays and closes at 12 the other nights even for residents!)

The breakfast was expensive although we were offered it at the reduced price of €15 (was €25!). Extra coffee was expensive but other travellers comments relevant in that the supermarche across the road provided all necessary requirements to avoid the breakfast and coffee prices. The food in the restaurant is quite restrictive unless you like game. The cocktails were expensive. The bar staff ignored men ordering in favour of women who came in after them. Although the room was very clean the bathroom seemed grubby-the grout was dirty and yellow and the marble floor may have been swept but the nature of the stone left if looking unclean. (Toilet and bath fine)

The rooms are comfortable and stylish, and it's so easy to relax there, with lots of nice touches. I have stayed there three times now, and enjoyed my visit every time. Twice, I have stayed at the front of the hotel, and once at the back; the latter has less traffic noise. I like the gym, with it's basket of free fruit!

Not much...If I had to be picky, I would say that a) the coffee maker in the room was getting old and a bit leaky. b) breakfast is pricey...I avoided it by buying some breakfast things in the shop across the road c) if you want to avoid the risk of being disturbed by traffic, ask for a room at the back.
