Really good hotel with high standards. We had nice and clean room on 6th floor with a good view. Located just 15min walking distance from the town centre. Hotel has its own fragrance, which is nice to smell. Really inviting place. If I erver go back to Brussels I will stay there again. We did not buy breakfast, as it was quite expensive @ 22 euros or so per person. But we did not have a problem with finding other local cafe where you could get nice breakfast for 10 euros pp.

Nice room deco with excellent staff assisting us during our stay. Also, we get to choose which room we'd like to stay in. Absolutely nice boutique hotel. The location is off a bit, though metro is about 200 meters away to the city.

The location was convenient for me. Be prepared that the hotel charges 200-300 euros more on your credit card. They say it is for security reasons. Also be prepared that this extra amount will be refunded to your card around 10 days later only (I guess they earn good interest on their customers’ money being held for such a long time). The first time I thought that it was just the incompetency of the staff and she surely made a mistake. This time it also happened and when I asked why they said that this is how their system works. When I asked why their system works like this, no answer was given. I asked to talk to the manager who was never available. The staff is extremely rude, impolite and incompetent. Rooms are not cleaned. Breakfast is overpriced. There are plenty of nicer and cheaper hotels in Brussels so don’t waste your money on this hotel.

The design was modern, interesting and comfortable. Each room had an artistic theme set by the mural behind the bed. Our mural was nice (room 740) but our friends had a somewhat creepy mural of a young girl sleeping in a pile of flowers (room 735). we had lovely views of the city and the beds were very comfy and the room was quiet and well- furnished. The bathroom could have used some updating- the grouting in the tile and around the tub was falling apart and was stained. But the room was clean. Breakfast was way too pricey- 25 eur per person. We skipped it. Parking was convenient but seemed pricey- 25 eur. We were able to keep our car there for longer than 24 hours though and that saved us some cash.

We loved how funky it was. The breakfast was great too. They told me over the phone we'd have adjoining rooms, but when we got there, they didn't have any left....not good when you are a family of six (with small children).

The bed was very comfortable and the room is quite big. I also like the individual artistic touch by unknown and presumably young artists. Mine (820) had a very nice blue sky wit clouds over the bedside. There was an annoying buzzing sound at night, as if a lorry was parked in street with the engine running, but I looked down and thet was not the case. Wireless Internet connection has a Mb limit. Mine was cut after 45 min.

Good location, nice interior, clean rooms Hotel policies sucks and hotel stuff can not exactly explain the details. They preautorize on check-in money on customer account for all staying period plus extra 50EUR-i for each day. So they blocked on my account 970 euro and I check -out two days ago. On check out I paid my invoice for 6 nigths (660 euro) with other credit card and this 970 euro is still blocked on my account. So if You have limited acces, be careful. Free internet is only 60mb and they charge for extra 5 eur / 24h. Hope this 5 euro will save the Hotel. Breakfest is to expensive (25 eur for hellogs and egg).

I really liked the hotel, staff was professional and helpful, very service minded. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast is a little expensive at 25€ a day. Could be more thorough with the cleaning, dried dark liquid stains on the walls of my bathroom and hairs on the tiles....

Loved the food, the service, and the design aspects of the lobby and common areas. The design and integrity of the room was lacking. If you looked closely, you can see the peeling paint, the subtle cracks in walls, and the cheap finishings from the hardware of the furniture to the light fixtures.

The restaurant / bar is nice in this hotel poor service, especially when dealing with any complaint/request. for example, irons always have to be requested, it is never available in the room. when asking for an iron in reception, you are always asked to check first if there is one in the room and then ring down if there is not one there. when ringing to reception, there is rarely an answer straight away, always takes 2 or 3 attempts, or even more. complaints about noise were pretty much ignored. requests for king beds have never been available. generally a very defensive attitude of staff, rather than helpful attitude.

The bar, all the guests were freindly. The coffee machine was awful to use. The bar did not have some drinks which was a surprise. The price was excessive, its no "W" hotel although the style is similar.

Clean, good position. Despite the fact that I payed cash at checkout, my credit card is still blocked with the amounts I already payed, and this is happening at 3 days after I left the hotel!! Is the first time I encounter this situation since I travel with reservations made through booking.com. I hope this will solve shortest time as possible, elseway I will never choose the same hotel again.

“Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent, first class breakfast. Very clean room and bathroom. Excellent location (used public transport during stay: the metro station is approx 5 minutes, tram approx. 1 minute) Very quiet in the evening, due to the fact that the hotel is located in a small street parallel to ave.
