Really good hotel with high standards. We had nice and clean room on 6th floor with a good view. Located just 15min walking distance from the town centre. Hotel has its own fragrance, which is nice to smell. Really inviting place. If I erver go back to Brussels I will stay there again. We did not buy breakfast, as it was quite expensive @ 22 euros or so per person. But we did not have a problem with finding other local cafe where you could get nice breakfast for 10 euros pp.

Hotel was very well designed and chic. The staff was extremly helpful and friendly. The room was spatious and comfortable. Unfortunatly the location was not that brilliant. Not very safe feeling at night time. And, yes, it was very nice hotel but it was quite expensive comparing similar type of hotels that I have been to

Fantastic hotel with very helpfull staffing (Junior and Princess) with an outstanding and beautiful interior decor. Rooms are beautiful (each of them decorated differently) Clean and comfortable beds. I really recommend this hotel and would like to go back soon. My bathroom's sink was much smaller than my friends room

Beautifully decorated room with excellent art. Lovely view over Botanique gardens. Spotlessly clean. Very fast free internet. Impressive lobby. Fast lift. Helpful staff at reception. Grossly expensive buffet breakfast (euro 25). Pretentious restaurant (Smoods) with slightly supercilious waitering staff. In fact, the whole hotel gives this impression. The guests are made to feel that it is their responsibility to live up to the hotel's expectations of a guest at a "boutique hotel" rather than to cater for their personal, and probably rather unattractive, needs! I would only recommend this hotel to other travellers who I felt would like and be impressed by this type of treatment. People that I like would not enjoy it!

Good location. Near metro station, Nice design. Spatial and lightsome room. A varied breakfast. Free internet (but with limit of mb). Recommendable hotel. Eliminate the limit on the internet. Breakfast could be a bit cheaper.

'Free' wifi worked well. Chosen because I was taking part in a conference at the same hotel. Modern, secure, 15 mins walk from town and 5 mins from Nord station. No discount despite bringing a large conference to the hotel. The rate offered for delegates was €50 higher than that in booking.com, which led to some complaints. Breakfast far too expensive to bother with. Coffee machine in room, but you are invited to pay if you want more than one cup per day. Would not especially recommend it, as there are much more interesting and economical places to stay in Brussels.

Quiet and clean fitness center. The "Bloom" fragrance was overpowering. In a room for 2,they only offer one coffee/tea sachet.Very basic bathroom very tired in need of renovation.Internet system was a problem. They should either make you pay or give it for free. Breakfast, should have a "light" option 25 euro is alot to pay if you just want juice and fruit.

We loved how funky it was. The breakfast was great too. They told me over the phone we'd have adjoining rooms, but when we got there, they didn't have any left....not good when you are a family of six (with small children).

The bed was very comfortable and the room is quite big. I also like the individual artistic touch by unknown and presumably young artists. Mine (820) had a very nice blue sky wit clouds over the bedside. There was an annoying buzzing sound at night, as if a lorry was parked in street with the engine running, but I looked down and thet was not the case. Wireless Internet connection has a Mb limit. Mine was cut after 45 min.

I really liked the hotel, staff was professional and helpful, very service minded. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast is a little expensive at 25€ a day. Could be more thorough with the cleaning, dried dark liquid stains on the walls of my bathroom and hairs on the tiles....

Loved the food, the service, and the design aspects of the lobby and common areas. The design and integrity of the room was lacking. If you looked closely, you can see the peeling paint, the subtle cracks in walls, and the cheap finishings from the hardware of the furniture to the light fixtures.

The bar, all the guests were freindly. The coffee machine was awful to use. The bar did not have some drinks which was a surprise. The price was excessive, its no "W" hotel although the style is similar.

Clean, good position. Despite the fact that I payed cash at checkout, my credit card is still blocked with the amounts I already payed, and this is happening at 3 days after I left the hotel!! Is the first time I encounter this situation since I travel with reservations made through booking.com. I hope this will solve shortest time as possible, elseway I will never choose the same hotel again.
