The location is near the Botanique Metro and there is a bus stop for the airport also neaby, so moving around Bruxelles was pretty easy. You can also reach the city center with a bit of walking.
The breakfast is really expansive, it's preferable if you walk 1min, cross the street and buy your breakfast at the grocery store.
The decoration it was clean it was spacious
the girl at the reception too expensive not including breakfast
The room was spacious and clean. So was the bathroom. The wi-fi in the room was perfect and quite fast. The staff was really helpful. Perfectly situated as the metro station was 2 mins walk from the hotel and the Grand Place was 15 mins walk.
WE loved the funky decor and the superb shampoo and conditioner which we wanted to buy and take home! Lovely staff , great breakfast buffet and very handy location. Will ALWAYS stay here when in Brussels
Myself and my partner travelled to brussels for a short break away from the kiddies, hotel was amazing 10/15 min walk to grand place (amazing place) we enjoyed our stay :)
The hotel is perfectly situated near a metro station, and 15 mins walk to the grand square. It was clean, quiet and spacious. The staff was very polite!
The construction works on the street in front.
The decor was interesting
The lack of atmosphere - no hotel bar or restaurant open during our stay. Not acceptable
Everything was good
There wasn't anything.
I liked the hotels colours brightness, yet simple n modern. Different art work in each room makes this hotel unique n I really did feel gud next day aftr pleasant sleep. Also was a pleasantness around! Buffet Breakfast was brilliant lots choice! I was happy I booked this hotel altho bookd day before.
Liked everything can't fault anything!
The room is big and the facilities are new. The speed of the wifi is fast. Friendly staffs.
The decor of the hotel and the location
The cheeky member of staff when we first arrived and the bed was dirty and had to be changed on arrival
Central location, close to trains, trams, buses, restaurants and shopping. Clean room, comfy bed, coffee and tea in room, a refrigerator-(very convenient), free bottled water (nice touch) and free apples in the lobby. Room decor was modern and spacious.I would stay at Hotel Bloom again. The botanical garden next door to the hotel was very beautiful with free access to the public.
Breakfast was 25 euro's per person, that is expensive. Also road construction directly in front of the hotel was not pleasing to the eye.
Stayed with my girlfriend for Tomorrowland and we enjoyed. Stylish hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms!
Clean, artsy hotel with great, helpful staff. The rooms are large and clean and decorated with different artists impressions.
I wish that breakfast was included in the price. The food was good but expensive.
location size of room/bathroom
The interior design of the premises. The spacious planning of the rooms and facilities. Free coffee and water in the room was quite a bonus. Evrything else was also quite differenmt from other hotels. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer.
Well, nothing really.
The top item and bottom line of staying anywhere are the people there serving you. And the staff here was great. Close enough to the center but also to interesting local neighborhoods to discover where people like us live at home.
Lack of closet.
Staff is not unfriendly neither greatly service oriented. Webaccess is good.
I used to stay in this hotel when it was new 2 years ago for business trips. I liked it always alot. The service but looks have certainly changed in the worng direction. Very Slow service (breakfast, checking out) - underresourced at WE, staff does not speak all languages you would require them to speak in Brussels. That would be english at a high level, german, french and dutch. The street is blocked for a couple of months. Till september at least. So access by car is really hard. We were not informed when we booked. I had to phone the hotel to find another access road and was then told that I should have checked the website! Pls let me advice that this should have been mentioned in the booking confirmation. The bathroom - some parts were broken.
Very nice design of the room Comfy chair/armchair Big TV screen
Free fitness is nice to have but don't expect too much as it is very small.
everything was fine, very nice styled hotel, very cheep, good located (near metro)
Restaurant did not offer many dinner options, just salads and pasta, but quality was good
staff a bit with an "attitude"
Everything was excellent
The price for breakfast is too high
Very new, very fresh, very comfortable rooms. Not far from the city center and shopping street. Great variety for breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillow, quite for sleeping.
Restaurant for dinner could offer more food as other places to eat are a bit remoted.
