Για ακυρώσεις αργότερα ή για "μη εμφάνιση", θα χρεωθείτε με το συνολικό ποσό της κράτησης.
Για ακυρώσεις μέχρι 1 ημέρα πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης θα χρεωθείτε με 50% από ολόκληρη τη διαμονή .
Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 12 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα φιλοξενουμένων σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 3.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean with a nice kitchenette. Bicycles available to borrow were a plus. We ended up staying three blocks from the hotel itself at its "annex". It was a long way to walk with all our luggage--I wish we'd known that ahead of time. |

Please watch out with this hotel as even if you book a room in the hotel they can put you 500m from the hotel in an anonymous house as it happens to us, the way it is done is frankly very arrogant and you get no clear explanation to get there, if you want breakfast you have to take your car to get back to the hotel again, frankly speaking... So this is no real hotel watch out! |

Great modern atmosphere, clean rooms, and very helpful staff. Great value for money. The in-house and next door restaurants are both great. It is a little far from the center, about 20-25 min. walking. The suits are only worth their prices if they are occupied by 3 persons, any other case the double rooms are better value. |

Very nice and comfortable room, and clean ! just outside the city center, but just pick up a bike from them and ride away !!! only few minutes to the centre of the town by bike. Can recommend highly. Especially at their rates for their rooms. |

The staff is very kind.Speak languages. Very good food an atmosfere in restorant.Very big room. In the morning nobody on check in desk, so you couldn't take invoice or some another information. |

The staff was really nice and helpful - and you get to loan a bike for free! Also the breakfast was really nice! I was surpriced that my hotel wasn't in the hotel but in an appartment building a little further away. It was a nice place, but I would have like to know this in advance. I also had some trouble with the internet connection and since I got up really early and came back kind of late I couldn't get a hold on anyone to help me... |

The room was very comfortable and cool. After a very hot day, we found the a/c already on in the room. Also the restaurant is very good. Maybe that the reception closes in the afternoon. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice quiet neighborhood outside of the Leuven ring, yet not too far to get into the city either walking or by bus. I was staying the friday and saturday night. The noise of cleaning up the restaurant section was quite loud until late in the evening. |
