They had a nice sized bedroom with a queen bed and 2 singles and modern bathroom with double sink and shower/tub.(But no door) Perfect for my husband and I and our two teenagers. Nice room in basement for breakfast. Quaint hotel in great location near town square center. No elevator and we had large suitcases .The only access to our 3rd floor room (2nd floor in europe) was a very narrow spiral staircase. |

Location in Bruges -- very close to everything; cozy atmosphere, good breakfast I stayed there in April and found it very friendly -- hence my return visit. This time I found the staff a bit less friendly. End of season? |

It was friendly, quit, clean and had a peacefull atmosfere. A really nice hotel just a few minutes walk of Brugge Market place We had a very nice room, only in the bathroom some points to hang on your towels would have made an approvement. We have notified the staff and the answer was that the whole bathroom is about to be refurnished. |

Friendly, helpful staff, pleasant room. Poor bathroom - no shower curtain, no towel rail, and strong unpleasant smell from the drains. |

Behind the standard facade of the building was a friendly hotel with very comfortable accommodation. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast. There was nothing negative and we would consider staying here again. |

The decor in the room we thought was a little too dark, but in saying that was very "chic" The staff were helpful and very friendly. Hotel ideally situated for the Market Square and we would happily return for another break. The cooked part of the breakfast was brought in too early and before we were ready to eat it, otherwise no complaints |
