We had a spacious room with 2 windows overlook ing the canal with beautiful views breakfast was continental with a good choice .recommend this hotel .
The hotel was in the perfect spot to explore Bruges. Staff were friendly and we're happy to store our luggage before and after check in. Nice breakfast.
Hotel was a little noisy, street noise from outside mainly.
We loved this hotel - the staff was terrific, the location could not have been better and was close to everything, including the police station. Opt for a Canal Room.
Be very careful in Brussels and Brugge, we had a lot of problems with the coordinated efforts of the thieves, throughout our stay.
clean, location, wifi
Everything! we could not fault a thing.. Perfect location, amazing room that was clean, extremely comfortable and incredible views out to the canal . We rate this hotel the best stay ever!
Everything above our expectations
Hotel very tired & in need of refubishment. We have stayed at this hotel before and we liked it but this time we were very disappointed. Couldn't stand up in the shower, no shower curtain so floor was very wet and could be very dangerous. Tea making facilities disapointing only dried milk available. We have stayed in many hotels in bruges which were much more good value for money
The views from my room window :)
the bad smell after they had some plumbing issues. To be fair, not their fault.
A room overlooking the canals of Bruges, the aroma of chocolate wafting up from the streets, the Markt only metres away... all this and yet still perfectly quiet and peaceful at night. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Difficult to find fault, really. Real milk in the bedroom would have nice for our tea, and two sets of cups to last through the day, but that's just being overly critical. I guess some people might like a hot, cooked breakfast, but I was happy with fresh warm croissants!
Location is wonderful and the staff more than helpful, the room was spotless and was more than enough choice at breakfast ( no hot food but that is something that doesn't appeal to me so was not a problem)
The room has no view and the bathroom is laid out poorly with only hand held shower, found the bed really uncomfortable and kept hitting my head on wall light, but it is budget and was adequate for the 2 night length of stay
You need to try rooms 301 or 302!!!
The rooms with windows to he street are not so good, but other side is beautiful. Very small breakfast (VERY SMALL).
excellent position, comfortable beds, good breakfast and pleasant staff. competitive price.
Although excellent location, this hotel is in need of internal redecoration and is generally tired and a little battered after years of constant heavy tourist traffic. Sadly this is the norm for tourist hotels in popular cities.
We arrived late but were met with courtesy and given a lovely room overlooking the courtyard. The room was not like a standard hotel room but clearly an individual room rather like staying at a friends house which was nice. Location very good with a short stroll into town, but far enough away from the noise. The scene in daylight right by the canal when eating breakfast was beautiful. Will definitely go there again.
The main attraction of this hotel is it's enviable location on the canal in the centre of town. It is surrounded by beautiful buildings and bridges. The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. Those that have been refurbished and have views of the canal are the best. The staff are young and friendly and happy to help
Small hotel, perhaps needs a bit of an update for decor, but very clean and comfortable, We had 2 very large rooms overlooking the canal, windows opened and had a fly mesh which i imagine in summer would be essential.Located very close to Markt, Canal boats, restaurants and sights, easy to get around
Great location, hospitable staff, good breakfast.
Location, Location, Location...short walk to all sites in all directions, great restaurants within half block, and real Belgian products on same street.
if you don't like convenience, you will hate the noise...horse carriages, carillons, people laughing. But if you are in Bruge to enjoy it, you'll be out with everyone else with a big smile on your face!
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was pretty basic
beside the canal breakfast was good staff were excellent close to main square
This hotel has lovely views and is very comfortable with a good location.
The most amazing view from our bedroom window!!
Good location, nice staff, nice view from the breakfast room. This is a nice small town with quite a few hotels, from which you can go anywhere on foot.
Very small room, small bathroom with a transparent glass door beside the toilet. Average breakfast. The tariff of the public parking place shows € 8,70 for one day, but if you reserve from the hotel, they will charge € 10 for your parking card. And the Parking place are not that full, you can go there yourself.
Clean room, great location, friendly staff great breakfast, firm and super clean bed. I was really impressed, I was expecting a smelly, old "authentic" hotel room instead it was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay, I am looking forward to come in the Spring.
really nothing, I opted for the "budget room" and it was a little bit smaller than the "standard room" BUTS it was my choice to save money. It was just perfect and cozy for two people.
Rooms clean but dated.
Nice hotel in a very central location
Lots of noise from the street.Couldn't keep the window closed because there is no air conditioning
