The location was good, the room was very nice, the staff was quite helpful. It was what I would consider a higher end hotel based on other hotels I have stayed in within Brussels. This is the first time I had stayed at this hotel, and plan to stay there for future visits. I hold a meeting with my entire staff twice per year. They come in from the US, Belgium and Norway. I have decided to use this hotel for future meetings. No, there was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. |

spacious rooms, clean, location, diverse breakfast, attentive to your needs. Its listed as a family hotel but there was nothing for the kids to do - like a play area would be a good idea. |

Very confortable hotel with nice room (either decoration and arrangement), idealy located. A cable connection for a business hotel is barely acceptable, meaning that you can't work from your bed of the confortable armchair in the room... But a fee (whatever it is, and furthermore around 10 EUR for 2 hours) is unacceptable for such an hotel ! If I won't come back to this hotel or recomand it, it would mostly be for this reason. |

comfortable, very spacious rooms. Hotel is in a nice location on the avenue Louise the staff could have been a little more helpful and efficient at checkin (but were much better after that, perhaps the initial receptionist was being trained) also the room service menu was not great, particularly for vegetarians. |

I liked the spacious bedroom and bathroom, as well as the L'Occitane soaps and shower gel. The colours (of the wallpapers and carpets, etc) added to the November darkness. |

The location is excellent. Also the rooms are clean, well equipped and decorated with taste. There should be free internet and the breakfast is expensive. Also, try to get a room away from the lift in order to avoid the noise coming from the operation of the lift. |

The hotel is very comfortable - I had a very large room and a good quality bed. Also the bathroom was big, equipped with both bath and showercorner. The gym was an additional plus, although the equipment were quite old and not all functioning. The price for the Internet access is too high. |

The hotel is convenient for the business district and provides a good breakfast I was in the annex to the rear of the hotel. There was a great deal of noise from lorries all night and the duvet was appropriate for extremely cold weather, rather than a comfortable room. Result - very little sleep. |

I loved the size of the room - it was huge. Also, the bed was very comfortable. The elevators are ridiculously tiny but that is not unusual in European hotels. |

the location. I asked specificly for a quite room so I could open the window, since I suffer for astma. After I went to bed I wanted to open tyhe wondow and it was locked. They could not open it. I asked for a different room but It was fully booked. I was very upset and did not sleep, due to the heat and dust. I had an important meeting the next day and was really not happy |

This was a lovely hotel in an excellent position, though meals/drinks within the hotel were a little overpriced. Our classic room was lovely and we would stay here again should we ever revisit Brussels. |

A lovely room with good facilities. A convenient location, and helpful staff on arrival and check out. There is a charge for wi-fi in the hotel. Since so many of the guests are travelling on business I would suggest that free wi-fi would be a good marketing strategy for the hotel. |

Actually nothing. I ordered a supirior room which I have chosen from pictures that I saw in the web site. The room I was given, was placed at the corner of the hotel, 5 min walk from the lobby. It was small and depresing and smelled strongly like lemon. There was no bath tub but only a shower. When I complained to the reception staff, I was told, that superior room (or as they classified "standard and superior are the same"). What we got after complaining was much better than the first room, but even this room had a very low maintenance. I got locked twice in the room, the bath cap doesn't function, air condition is very noisy, windows to the balcony don't get locked…etc. The worst issue in my view was the staff, when we checked in we got a very poor room that won't support two stars hotel, I went to complain and the lady at the desk told me that this is what we booked, a "standard room-classic room". When I asked the manager he told me that this is a "superior" room and this is what we ordered. I ask to change it to a real superior room and they said they are fully booked. 5 minutes later the door bell boy came to the room and said we have another room. This one was nicer but then the manager called and said that this room will cost 50 Euro more cause this is a "business room". I asked a late check out and he agreed till 14:00. When I came at the next morning for asking for later check out, the operation manager was there, and he refused even to respect the 14:00 that he could see that was approved. I could not have it any more so I started to complain in front of him on the all service, before I even finished saying that I like the current room, he jumped and said that the room is smaller but has a balcony and this a superior room, of course unlike the other guy that said before business. I asked to know why or what are the differences between superior and standard, and he says it's the same thing. It is unlikely to find such a hotel in such city especially in such hotel chain that the staff is unreliable, it is a shame that three different receptions guys will have differences "type of rooms" and differences versions. I traveled all over the world and I never ever had such an experience. |

The Hotel from the outside did not look so impressive, however once inside it changed to a luxurious feel. The room size was excellent and the decor very pleasant, the facilities were also very good. My wife was impressed by the illuminated vanity mirror and would love to know where she could acquire one from? |
