Family rooms were spacious, clean, very new, even connected (by double door), far above expectations for Brussels... Nice lobby and breakfast area.

No possibility to change diapers downstairs. Ok, but when asking where people/ visitors are doing it then, answer was: "In their rooms. We are a business hotel, not a family hotel."
Sorry, but this was arrogant. We had actually booked "family rooms"! But were obviously not welcome. I dont think the management is aware that the reception tells you about the concept and target group of this hotel in such a way.
Changing tables are nowadays often standard in toilets, esp. combined with wheelchair access. If none is available, restaurants etc. usually offer spontaneous solutions which do not disturb the others. And combined with an excuse, not basically telling you that it is your fault when checking in in the wrong hotel.
And please don't forget that people who come to such hotels with their family are usually business guests on other occasions...
