Forferdelig dårlig organisering av frukost - nesten katotiske forhold.

The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

There was too much noise in the room coming from the street. Music woke us up at 5:00 A.M. but after ten minutes it was turned off. Then at 6:30 A.M. we could hear trucks loading and unloading making it impossible to go back to sleep. We left the hotel around 9 in the morning and the noise was still quite loud.

We stayed at the 10th floor, and had a terrace that was very cool. The room was very tidy, big bed. We liked that the toilet was separated from the bathroom, which had a nice bathtub.

Be aware there are several Thon hotels, don't get the wrong one :) It's a little walk from the subway to the hotel, but easy to find.

Extremelly comfortable bed and pillows. Not all the rooms are renovated, yet those which are not, are well maintained,quite large and sound-proof. A big plus are the coffee/tea making facilities offered in the room

No bathrobes and slippers are not provided, even though these are stated at room description. Very basic toiletries are offered. During mid-week days, the hotel can be extremelly expensive (room price was 3x times above its ordinary price).

I didn't like the check in services and the attitude of staffs. Internet access was not available the last 2 days.

Just perfect for a promotional offer of 60 EUR per night! very good breakfast with a huge variety of fruits etc.

We were very impressed by the high standard at the hotel. Staff were very attentive. The rooms were clean and furnished to a good standard which made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a great choice of hot and cold options. All round very happy and would recommend :)

The "Classic Family Room" is a great value for the money - huge and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is decent, especially when included in the price.

Some confusion about whether or not city tax and breakfast are included in the price were eventually cleared up by showing/forwarding the booking.com receipt. Nobody seemed to care about the dinner tray (with leftovers on it ...) next to the lift for the whole time I stayed there (3 nights), even after pointing it out to reception. Otherwise, I would have rated the hotel even higher ...

Very chic hotel with well-kept rooms and stately furniture. Nice overall decor and location is quite comfortable. TV channel choice also quite good.

It could do with free wi-fi in the rooms, cosnidering that other nearby hotels have this. It's also a little odd that the door should be closed after midnight in such a large hotel.
