It is close to Grote Markt and Broeltorens. The amenities are definitely a plus - an indoor swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast menu is also appetizing. Definitely a hotel you'll want to book again..

Pleasantly located and well run. Unfortunately the Lift was out of order but we were lucky to transfer to a room on the first floor. The restaurant was well designed and the food was good.

We had an interconnecting room on the first night and could easily hear the neighbours but after mentioning this to reception we were moved on the second night and then really enjoyed our stay The fitness room seems like it does not get used much and the equipment desperately needs servicing and some is unusable so don't book if you want to do a lot of fitness

Nice rustic look, kind staff, garage available (subject to free space - only 5 cars fit in), directly oposite the two towers, nice underground swimming pool+sauna, free wireless and a very good choice of breakfast. and a fireplace in the corner of the restaurant. Smoking bar - it is amazing how one gets used to non smoking environment and very expensive restaurant. 4,3 EUR for 2dl San Pelegrino water in a mini bar is really a rip-off. The bathroom was really dated - damaged shower (actually no chrome cover on the pipe), could use a bit of limescale cleaner on the toilet every couple of years...

Checkin went smoothly, we were directed to the nearby free parking. We had Lovely room,a junior suite. The hotel location is by the river bridge and is a pleasant walk to the town centre. On our first night we wanted a drink but the Castel bar was way too smoky, then we were curtly turned away from a table in the bistro as they would only accept diners.

Pool, sauna, breakfast. The lights in the sauna and the pool went out too fast (after 15 or 20 minutes). Heating the room didn't seem to work (I couldn't figure out the thermostate).

Location, staff, spacious room No mini-bar or tea/coffee facilities. I was thirsty and I had to go down to the bar.. A bottle of still water costs 8 euro! The breakfast could be better.. The swimming pool very small in size, no more than a couple can swim.. The bed was not good and the room (jr suite) I found it empty and cold.. Lastly, there was a smell in the room (probably from the swimming room)..
