Sandton Hotel Broel    

Location, rooms, bar, breakfast, staff.

bathroom starting to look a little jaded especially around the shower.

Most things weve stayed before manyu times and it is good value and good facitilies but this trip more than last trip we noticed ...

They need to do some maintainance overall the hotel it needs decoarting reparing damage in the lifts and rooms everything is starting to look tired and in need of some "freshening up" It would be a shame to let a very goodand pleasant hotel fall into disrepair I would urge the managaement to spend a day walking round the rooms and overall facilities with this comment in mind for their own benefit long term

the hotel is not be considered a wellness-hotel: the sauna is out of standard and there is not even comfortable furniture in the "wellness-area" to relax

Wow, everything was perfect--clean room, excellent breakfast, pool for the children, fitness center, awesome location.

We had a nice stay, staff was friendly, I enjoyed the pool and sauna and the comfort of the rooms. Breakfast was very good and reach.

The rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean. Lovely pool and sauna. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location for exploring the city and other cities nearby.

The restaurant is fairly expensive but great food.

Helpful and friendly receptionist, good value buffet breakfast, fine service all round. No complaints, I'll be coming back here next time I'm in Kortrijk!

Excellent location for town and shopping. Less than 10 euros to Expo Centre in taxi. Friendly, helpful staff with good bar and restaurant facilities. Superb choice of food and very good breakfasts. Central Location

No hot water, Weak wireless signal, Pool closes too early, Not enough towels.

Location within a nice old town and next to a river.

Staff not friendly. Decor tired. No power point in room.

Very cozy

Isolation does not exist. When someone arrives at their room doors to enter everyone around on other rooms will know about it...

efficient ckeck-in, although we weren't informed that credit cards have to be pre-authorised if you want to charge restaurant bills to the room. restaurant meals quickly prepared after order was taken und quality to high standard. pleased with indoor pool, enough towels provided

net curtain in room had large tears in several places. room not as big as indicated on this website (estimated 25sqm, not 35 sqm). waitress in restaurant slightly cheeky (we do not really need to know about her interest in handbags and dreams to travel to New York) after menus were handed out with a small delay. motion-controlled lights on stairs to pool come on very late, so you have to find most of your way down in darkness.

Our room was amazing, so quiet and spacious. The hotel's own swimming pool was lovely and warm. Breakfast was amazing.

There is no private parking at the hotel, however there is a paying car park across the street.

Door handle in bathroom was missing.

The hotel staff were very friendly and swimming pool & Sauna was free and also great times, had both to our own over the 2 days we were there. Ther breakfast had a good variety of both hot & cold options but if you did not get this in with the room price was a little expensive, I think it was 18 Euros. I would stay at this hotel again when in the area.

On our arrival we did have a lot of noise from above room as they were completing some building work and had to go out a walk until it had finished. Also there was quite a smell of I think bleach coming from the Kitchen which went through to the reception area and was quite a strong smell.

Staff were friendly, atmosphere was relaxed, facilities were very good. Breakfast was very good. Pool and Sauna were both good. We had a junior suite and it was large and comfortable.The sitting area in the room was comfortable enough to spend a few hours chatting without feeling boxed in. The restuarant looked nice, but we didn't use it.
