The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and included in room rate which was very nice. The hotel was a bit of a walk from the main square, but its a beautiful city so the walk was pleasant.
The room was really clean, but the bathroom smelled really bad like sewage. Had to leave the windows open to air room out even though it was chilly out.
The price and the location.
The breakfas "included" was poor. It's worth charging for it and offering some real breakfast.
The bar was nice and our room was away from the main area so was quiet at night. The windows in the room were good, bathroom was clean and shower was powerful.
The stairways had a very bad odour- like sewage.
The size of the one bedroom flat. Nice furniture and taste. Good location. Good pub.
The hole under the shower. One sink leaking. The kettle didn't work. The breakfast, very poor.
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and we had plenty of space for 8 people.
The apartment was not clean on check in. Later, person responsable offered us a discount on a next stay.
Great walking tour and pizza at 5 euro. And 10% discount
picturesque town, nice flat with interesting design and good views from the windows, good contact with the personnel
no elevator, insufficient light in the kitchen
Size of the apartment, bed comfortable.
Only WiFi in bar and didn't work at all. Floor creaky.
Great little apartment, bigger then what we expected. Good value.
It was very warm in the building, no air conditioning.
The atmosphere downstairs is really laid back as you enter from a bar area to get to the check in desk. This is where the breakfast is served in the morning as well. It's also in a good position and we had a large room.
Our room was situated in the building next to the main one and as you enter it's quite smelly. Wifi unfortunately didn't reach our room at all so had to go down to the bar to use it.
Double room with ensuite was very spacious (for Europe). Friendly and informative staff
Location was a solid walk from the train station, especially with luggagge on cobbled streets
Front desk: students who have no idea of running a hotel Rooms: drunk beer drinking scum outside all night and the staf too scared to do something about it Breakfast: a joke Service: they managed to lose my girlfriend's passport... do I need to say more...
