An excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, a great breakfast and a very good location - 10 minute walk from the train station, two minutes from the shopping streets and the old town. |

The hotel was amazing and the staff are so friendly as ever. The Location is very excellent because it is located to many romantic areas(such as beautiful green and flower well designed parks around Brugge and canals), it has an excellent location close to all amenities which everyone looks for. Being in NH Brugges,we felt surrounded by all the natural beauty and we wish to come back with whole family. The NH Hotel will be highly recommended to everyone I know. Thank you to all. Love your area. I love all about the NH and I can't find any negative comment at all. Believe me you are the best hotel in Town. |

The room was a nice size and very clean. The surrounding area is very quiet yet within a short walking distanse to the city center. Very good value for the money nothing, everything was fine and we have a pleasant experience |

The staff were particularly helpful and friendly We found that we'd been put in a room that people had been smoking in, even though we had specifically asked for a non-smoking room. The staff changed the room straight away and were very helpful. |

It is located at the edge of the center, fairly easy to reach by care and parking is nearby. Good breakfast, good employees. The room was a bit dusty in some places. The closet was probably not used and cleaned for weeks. |

Central location, restaurant staff extremely helpful and friendly with the food of a good standard. Buffet breakfast fruit salad rather bland and no unsweetened cereals . Use of machines for te and coffee often resulted in holdups particularly on the Monday morning when a lot of people were leaving. |

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was big and spatious with a huge and very comfy bed. I'm really picky with my pillows but the pillows here were perfect, not too thick, not too thin and down filled and so was the duvet. The room was very quiet and I would have gladly stayed in the room for the whole weekend we were in Brugge. We did come back a couple of times a day for a nap. Paid wireless internet. Not that I used it but if I did need to used I wouldn't be happy about having to pay for it. I think it's something like 10euros per hour. |

Brugge is a lovely place. The hotel is very well situated, near the old center, very helpfull staff, english and french speaking, good breakfast and very nice restaurant in the evening. You must try the chocolate shops. The lace and tapistry are also special. It is not far the Belgium coast - aprox 25Km. Worth a visit to Knokke or De Haan. |

Very central, but quiet, position, modern decor, very comfortable room. Good leisure facilities, including brand new gym equipment. Nice sized pool. Cosy bar with friendly staff. Apart from bar staff, and one at check in, the staff were rather offhand and not particularly welcoming or friendly, especially in the restaurant at breakfast. We stayed 3 nights and one morning the hot breakfast food was very sparse and what was there was dried up an looked at least a day old! Didn't eat dinner there, although dinner seemed averagely priced. |
