NH BruggeBoeveriestraat 2, 8000 Bruges (Show map) Very good, Score from 573 reviews“The hotel room was large and had room enough to set up a travel crib for our baby. The breakfast was quite good with a mix of both. Canadian/English and European and we could eat our fill before going off and exploring Brugge.”

Great location for local bus station and old city, friendly and helpful staff. free Internet in lobby. Good size rooms with thermostat. Very happy overall. Breakfast was fresh and there was a variety of choices but the selection was a bit uninspiring. Perhaps we were spoiled for options at restaurants in the city and at other hotels we stayed at. A minor complaint for an otherwise great hotel.

Dear Sirs, The hotel is well located with the main sights in walking distance and close to the City Center. The concert hall is across the street and we attended a very good performance. The restaurant and the bar are very pleasant and have excellent service. The hotel is easy to find with a Navigator and parking is across the street. The Main Train Station is also in Walking distance through a lovely Park. The room is large well decorated and the bath is clean with shower and bath. Overall a good experience and we would stay again. Location excellent. Cleanliness excellent. Rooms spacious and well decorated. Bathroom clean and with good shower and bath. Staff helpful, courteous, and pleasant. Restaurant and bar very nice with very good service.

This is a lovely hotel, tastefully designed and decorated. The location, while not in the old town, is near parks and a short walk from the central area. The breakfast was very good, in a pleasant room. This is a big, comfortable, welcoming hotel. The internet arrangements are fiddly and mean.

Nice location, easily accessible if you go by car. Hotel staff was very nice. If we want to be honest, this is a fair 3-star hotel that might have seen better days in the past. The hair-dryer was but a piece of decoration, water pressure was very-very low to take a proper shower, internet was outrageously expensive and the hammam offered as a service was mysteriously "out of order"...

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is not filled with noisy tourists, its very calm and quiet. Location is great too, not in the centre of town, just a short walk (5 mins) into the main food/shopping/canal area. Just perfect :) Close by the train station too!

Good location. Uncomfortable bed, very soft and bad for ones back. The first room they tried to give us was stinking of cigarettes and I had to request a change. The swimming pool which was advertised in brochure was empty and closed as was the sauna. The housekeeping were extremely slow and somewhat lazy. Overall , good location, poorly trained staff and housekeeping. Can't recommend.

A good sized room with with facilities to make tea or coffee. The hotel is well situated close to the centre of Brugge, however there were no problems with noise.

The location is good. Good breakfast. Cosy bar, friendly bar manager. Nice terrace. Hotel needs updating. Have stayed in this hotel before, also many times when it was a Sofitel (much better then). Hotel pool is now empty - not a nice sight! Rooms need updating - bathroom especially. Not possible to have a decent shower and position showerhead properly. Worn grouting etc.

We were able to walk the short distance from the station to the hotel. It was quiet and only a short walk to the centre for sight seeing. The outside of the hotel could do with a coat of paint. Breakfast was very good The outside need a coat of paint.

I liked the staff very friendly, our rooms was very nice with a lot of facilities, but this kind of the hotel in paris is egal 03*** not 04****, because the toilet wasn't cleaned very very well, but the rest was good. If i come back to Bruges i'll choose again this hotel.

The location was perfect for walking into the City and for access to the motorways. The hotels is pleasnt without being luxurious. The coffeee maching in the room leaked, it was near impossible to make tea and breakfast was ridiculously expensive. Also, the only free w-fi accress was in the lobby rather than the room.

Location but mostly the beds and bedding. We have stayed at the nh Bruges and Ghent and will continue to stay at these hotels. But we do like to use the pool at Bruges and when we got there the pool was closed, There was no sorry or explanation from the receptionist and I was not e-mailed before to tell me the pool was closed.

We have stayed there before (also when it was the Sofitel) and we find the staff very helpful and obliging. We like the location and the fact there is parking nearby. We have stayed at the Crown Plaze before and even though the hotel is lovely, the parking and trying to find the hotel was a nightmare. We would always choose the nh expecially when the rate is around the £90 per night. We took with us my sister and brother in law who had never been to Bruges before and they were also very impressed with the hotel.

“What a lovely suprise the Flanders was. If you read enough on the 'net you can end up really confusing yourself, but I can honestly say everything about our stay, the room, the staff, the location and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Room was well proportioned, warm and welcoming with spotless bathroom and comfortable (oversize) bed. Our late arrival made the late check-in and tea-making facillities a lifesaver! Staff were very helpful and the location was five minutes from central Bruges - Hotel Flanders really made our stay one to remember. ” Michael, Liverpool |
