Help at front desk. Size of room. Closeness to city centre Shower wet the floor very badly. Clearly the sealant on the shower door needed replacing. Asked for it to be fixed on Sat 18.00. Were told that that it would be reported to technical staff. Reminded manager on Sun.Not fixed until Mon. after 10.00. Foir a 4 star hotel this is not good enough! |

The Hotel posstion cannot be faulted in any way Having stayed here before when this hotel was part of the Sofitel group , since its sale, there appears to have been a distinct lack of maintenance , especially to the pool , there were broken and missing tiles off the swimming pool floor, and the stairs leading to the changing rooms had sharp broken edges , we made staff aware , and they indicated it will be dealt with in due course, but unsure when?...I suspect this is a well rehearsed reply |

Very nice hotel, easy parking and helpful staff that let us leave car in front for a few minutes to take luggage up before moving car to public car park. Great location , close to restaurants and center of town. Wonderful brunch. |

The friendliness of the staff, who were helpful with everything we asked from check-in to check-out. Plus the fact that we could be right in the centre within minutes. And the parking was convenient and very reasonably priced. Though we did not take it, breakfast seemed very expensive. |

Our rooms looked out on a little courtyard and were very quiet. The breakfast included in the price was excellent. There was good variety. The juices were superb. We are from Florida and the orange juice was heavenly. The hotel was within walking distance of the main square, the lace shops and the chocolate shops. I would definitely stay there again. |

Appreciated a larger than average room, although would have preferred a double bed rather than two singles pushed together. Breakfast was superb, but was included in the price of our room and would have been expensive if not inclusive. Overall very impressed and would def stay again. The pool was lovely and very relaxing. |

Good central location. It was a warm day and the air conditioning was welcome Hotel is badly in need of refurbishment, particularly the pool and spa facilities. Too many children in the hotel for me. |

Very nice staff. Comfortable room. Great location. Would stay again. The room was missing some of the comforts usuallly available in NH hotels...toiletries etc. But these were available at the reception so it was not a big deal. Mini bar items outragously expensive! The hotel could moderate the cost of these a little bit. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of our bathroom sinks was blocked and it was fixed immediately upon notifying reception.The building itself has beautiful architecutural features,and makes you feel you are back in time. The ambience is lovely and it really felt very warm and welcoming. We had to go through reception to get to the garden terrace after a swim in the pool. |

Room was nice and quiet and overlooked green trees; in addition the pool was enjoyable. Windows on doors to elevator and other areas of hotel were very dirty. In the bar, I had tea I had to exchange the cup twice as they were not clean and had to ask for fresh ones. The barman was very polite and apologetic. |

The staff were very helpful and speak excellent English. Late checkout, especially up to 5pm on Sunday is a bonus. Good secure and cheap car park on square opposite hotel. One of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in and a well decorated room, larger than average in Bruges. |

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, really wonderful people behind the front desk. The room was enormous and very comfortable and everything was clean. Could have done with more toiletry selection than shampoo and shower gel in a four star hotel and the towels were quite thin and old. |
