we had confirmed booking for twin beds in 4 rooms but this was not the case on arrival and they could only change 2 of the rooms

Great location, quiet and well noise insulated rooms - we were in a room away from the road.Air - con worked well and was quiet too. Not a lot to fault it really.

Breakfast was good but a little slow in keeping the hot food plates full. Coffee, as per every hotel I stay in, was dreadful.

Excellent quality hotel with good facilities. Spacious room and excellent sized bed. Good position. Quiet rooms.

Staff wanted to service the room before 8.30. Hoovering in the corridor outside the room at 8.20. A little bit early I think!

good size room, coffee and tea making facilities (a bit complicated though!) mini bar available. swimming pool..

the corridors were very dark, it was a overpriced as far as food goes (we didn't bother with breakfast) but there are plenty of alternatives less than 5 mins walk.. no parking but this is a common problem in Brugge
