NH Brugge

Location, quiet place,good breakfast Хорошее расположение - вдалеке (по меркам Брюгге) от шумных туристических троп и довольно близко от вокзала, тихо, завтрак без изысков, но вполне ничего.

Dirty towels and bed-clothes. Полотенца и белье могли бы быть и почище, горничные особо не напрягались с уборкой

The location is perfect for people travelling by car. There is a huge underground parking lot nearby, and they charge you only 9 euro per day. Although the price is bit expensive, the service is fine and the room is big and clean.

This is the fourth time I have stayed there. The standard is excellent and the staff are very friendly and obliging. The restaurant is also excellent with food of a very good quality

The hotel is situated in a pleasant location.

The hotel breakfast(s) were cold, for this reason we did not wish to take our evening meal at this hotel.

The breakfast was extensive. The pool, gym and steam room were good. The bar comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms 312 and 305 were good sized. The location is superb you can walk anywhere, with underground parking a short walk away and 9euros for 24 hours. The telly has BBC 1 & 2.

The hall ways are a bit dark. The bathroom could do with a facelift but the shower was great. General cleaning could be better like skirting boards and corners, but I'm strugling to think of anything else.

The hotel was very well situated close to the centre. The room was excellent and we were offered late check out at no extra charge. The staff were very pleasant and the whole experience was very relaxing.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We got there at 12pm and they allowed early check in. Very good tea / coffee maker in room.

We had 4 rooms and all the bathrooms were not really grotty, but need freshening up.

The location was excellent, staff pretty efficient and helpful and the pool a very good size for a city hotel

The hotel classifies rooms on the 4th and 5th floors in the same standard category, and yet the rooms on the fourth have armchairs, pictures and are significantly more modern and comfortable. I therefore do not think they should be priced in the same way. Also there were no instructions for the very complicated coffee machine in my room - I had to ask for them - losing e a lot of time

The swimming pool which I had to myself. The friendliness and efficiency of the staff especially as they had to change our room. The room they had given us had 2 large single beds when I had booked a double bed! The variety of food at breakfast.I loved the idea of a monastery which was why I chose your hotel.

Bruge is a lovely city and this hotel is good value for what you get. Alittle dated but staff are friendly and rooms comfortable. Didn't use the swimming pool as didn't lookgreat or eat in the hotel.

Bit dated

Staff are very polite, knowledgable and helpful, Hotel is in a very good location for sights, shops, train/bus station.has a nice ambience and air of luxury.

Unfortunately on our last stay our room overlooked a roof with air con/heating units, The bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better and I would have classed our delux room as more of a standard room and nothing like the superior room we had the last time we stayed

The Hotel posstion cannot be faulted in any way

Having stayed here before when this hotel was part of the Sofitel group , since its sale, there appears to have been a distinct lack of maintenance , especially to the pool , there were broken and missing tiles off the swimming pool floor, and the stairs leading to the changing rooms had sharp broken edges , we made staff aware , and they indicated it will be dealt with in due course, but unsure when?...I suspect this is a well rehearsed reply
