It s a 25 minute walk from the railway station and there are some nice bars near by. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and a nice bar for a night cap.The hotel does not serve food in the evening but Brugge has so many nice places to eat
There are road work on the main road behind the railway station and it adds a few minutes onto your walk. But once the under pass is finished it will be great. You can order taxis from the hotel at a reduced rate if walking is not for you.
Bed is very small for 2 people and walls are very thin, plus you can see dead mosquitoes on the wall.
Clean, free parking, polite staff.
Walls were thin, corridor could be noisy
Nice bar with relaxed atmosphere
Too far out of town although bus stop was near
Location, not worth the money, really basic facilities, small rooms, no wifi in hotelrooms
Staff were exellent, bar, terrace and breakfast room very nice. Free parking.
The rooms are looking tired. The doors are noisy. The beds are uncomfy.
poor service, could not get a meal as they were too busy
Walkable to center of town. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff (had issue with TV remote multiple times and they immediately looked into problem each time), free parking, restaurant on site but other chain foods (Quick, Pizza Hut) a few blocks away
Incredibly poor sound deadening. Could hear quiet talking and relatively quiet snoring through walls/ ceiling/ floor
out of center
Breakfast, staff very polite
very bad value for money. It is far away from the center of town, for this reason could be cost less
The staff were friendly and very helpful. My son and I travelled to Bruges as he was taking part in the Tour of Flanders and the staff were great . Even locked his expensive bike up inside the hotel .
The lady on the desk was extremely helpful. She offered her opinion on places in Belgium and was very helpful with directions. Lovely clean bedroom.
It would be better to have free wifi in the rooms rather than just in the lobby.
Good helpful staff. Handy location. Free parking. No hidden extras.
Inconsiderate noisy guests at 5AM. Not hotels fault.
The breakfast, the room, the view, the quietness, the staff!
It's a bit far and there aren't always busses available so we had to walk a lot with a small child.
staff are very helpful
The reception staff were very informative on what the hotel and Bruges had to offer.
The room was very small and basic.
The staff were very friendly and informative.
The staff had a good knowledge of the area and were very helpful. The hotel was very comfortable
Location was good and the night shift front desk lady was also very kind with a customer oriented attitude.
The room seemed ok, but unfortunately the toiled was dirty and freshly stained, which meant that it had not been cleaned. The nightshift front desk lady said we could not be moved to a different room, but she kindly offered to clean it, which was a good customer service gesture. However, as it was not her job, we kindly asked her to let housekeeping staff to call into our room early in the morning even if they woke us up, but nobody came that morning. We then spoke to the morning-shift front desk lady, but she rudely dismissed our complaint and we did not even get an apology.
The Hotel is a bit out of Brugge centre but just close enough to walk. Friendly staff great food. Overall good hotel for the money.
The Shower curtain had mold on toilet was old and had marks in the ceramic.
Hard to think of anything, it was the only hotel available in the area.
No elevator in a modern building, so had to drag large suitcases up small staircase which was actually blocked with cleaning trolleys when we tried to.leave. Room very small, and bed was weird -it was like sleeping on a leather sofa bed. Staff were so miserable, we only had to stay one night luckily moved to hotel Academie in centre of Bruges for the same price and it is way better and breakfast is inc. in price. It was more like a hostel, but 80 euros a night, total rip off considering it's a 35 minute walk to town.
very nice, fresh buffet breakfast with plenty of choice.comfortable bed.nice nibbles with our evening nightcap
bath was creaky and shower head seemed blocked, water only coming out in the centre
