Brussels Apartments Flagey

A really impeccable place, albeit on the top floor with a slightly narrow staircase, totally worth it. The bed is comfortable, the fully-equipped kitchen is nice, the living room is cosy, and it is all warmed by effective central heating (very nice to walk with your bare feet on the warm hardwood floors). (There is even a washing machine, which is super useful!) We were extremely disappointed that this place was booked because we definitely wanted to extend our stay by at least a week!

There is no tumble-dryer... Although honestly we had no problem: The warm radiators were more than enough to dry our clothes very quickly (1-2 hours tops). Also, effective communication (by phone for example) concerning your arrival times will avoid you waiting outside the front door for fifteen minutes like we did (there is no reception so an agent comes to drop off the keys and collect the money on your first night).

Superb bright apartment very spacious,comfortable and clean. The location is very good.Highly recommended to everyone.

One major thing that all people should know while booking, this is an appartment not a hotel and in which the flat on the top floor is what given to the people, there is no reception here, so make sure that you communicate your reaching time to the concerned people so that some person is avaiable to hand over the keys to you. Make sure that you are able to make international calls I faced the problem that inspite of conveying the time of arrival there was no person to receive me and give the keys and from my mobile phone i was not able to make calls to the phone number given, it was fortunate that some person passing by helped me in calling the number after which the person came and gave me the keys, till that time i was on the road. except this point rest all is very good in the appartment.

High quality low price

Sehr schöne Dachwohnung mit großzügiger Terrasse zum Innenhof. An Ausstattung fehlte nichts - auch einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich insofern empfehlen. (Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine.) Die technischen Geräte funktionieren. Das Appartement ist chic-modern, ich habe mich während meines 14tägigen Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter/Anbieter hat sowohl im Vorfeld als auch am An-/Abreisetag ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Das Appartement ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ganz in der Nähe des Flagey-Platzes gelegen. Das Viertel hat Charme, insbes. weiter südlich in der Nähe des Parks. Aber auch der Place Flagey hat mit seiner Architektur etwas Besonderes. Die Anbindung zum Europaviertel mit dem Nahverkehr bzw. auch in die Innenstadt ist sehr gut.

Etwas nervig war der Gasboiler in der Küche, der - aber das ist nun mal so - Nebengeräusche erzeugte, die insofern zeitweise störten, da Küchen- und Wohnzimmerbereich ineinander übergehen. In puncto Sauberkeit wäre etwas mehr Gründlichkeit am Anreisetag wünschenswert gewesen.

Rien, une honte ! Aline et ses acolytes que l'on trouve un peu partout car on de nombreuses locations sur Bruxelles sont d'un non professionnalisme incroyable.

Chaudière éteinte à l'arrivée, un froid glacial, appartement d'une saleté incroyable, résidus alimentaires, grille pain, cafetière, bouilloire, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur tout gras ( et ne date pas du précédent occupant..), poussière, alimentaire : ménage non fait. Le pire : La chaudière ne fonctionnait pas, se coupait toutes les 5 mn, donc pas d'eau chaude, impossible de prendre une douche, j'ai contacté Aline maintes fois, un soit disant plombier est venu le lendemain à 10H30 !! Pour dire qu'il ne pouvait rien faire mais viendrait changer la pièce plus tard, avec un départ à 11H !! Devant notre indignation l’acolyte d'Aline nous a insultés ( il a été détestable depuis le départ, nous jetant presque les clefs à l'arrivée sans vérifier si tout fonctionnait ), jamais un bonjour. De plus l'appartement est vétuste, ne pas croire les belles photos grand angle, les murs sont sales, décrépis, la terrasse tient à peine debout, les vieux WC à l'entrée en bas de l'escalier sont glacials. Il y a très peu de meubles et l'appartement est froid et sinistre. Il faut monter 6 volées de marches d'un escalier étroit pour arriver à l'appartement, le quartier est moyennement sécurisant,les transports sont loin, aucun commerce, et c'est bruyant. Une totale désillusion.

De eigenaar belde ons half uur van tevoren en zou de sleutel komen brengen en hield daarbij een parkeerplek voor ons vrij, wat heel fijn was. De lokatie is op loop afstand van de Naamse poort en het centrum. Flageyplein op een paar minuten, daar is een winkelcentrum, bus en tramhaltes. Het appartement is mooi ingericht, goed bed, ruim en met een goede keukeninrichting. Fijn balkon met zitje.

Parkeerplaats zoeken kost veel tijd. Het appartement ligt op de bovenste verdieping, dus veel trappen lopen. Jammer genoeg was er geen warme douche,deze werd al na paar minuten koud. Dus snel haren inzepen en uitspoelen. De geiser hangt in de keuken en de volgende moet wachten tot het water weer warm wordt. De WIFI konden we niet gebruiken en de tv was niet ingesteld. Dit is gemeld aan degene die de sleutel om 11 uur kwam ophalen.

Appartement très agréable. Confortable, lumineux, spacieux. Très bien situé.

Propreté un peu juste (vaisselle, toilettes).

The apartment was in a great location and was brand new with all the kitchen essentials.

The agent was 30 minutes late to bring the key and we were waiting outside in the street. When I phond to ask what was happening, the reeptionist on the phone was very unfriendly and tried to blame me.

Sincèrement ,il s'agit d'un établissement très plaisant et que je conseille vivement à toute personne de passage sur bruxelles............n'hésitez pas!!!!

-The personnel didn't come on time to give the key. -They didn't accept to pay with credit card. It was difficult to have hot water for shower and I should have restarted many time to reactive hot water system. -The indication to the location was not clear in their explication.

Nada en concreto. De hecho, si tuviera que destacar algo, simplemente me quedo con que las personas que lo regentan son amables.

En primer lugar que no es hotel propiamente dicho, sino un apartamento.Por lo que llegas y no hay una recepción como en cualquier hotel.Te encuentras en la calle hasta que un agente del hotel aparece a abrirte. En segundo lugar la FALTA DE LIMPIEZA.Cuando nos dieron el apartamento creía que era una broma.Olía fatal (a falta de ventilación), las toallas estaban sucias, la cocina era un asco (comida caducada dentro de los armarios, el horno sucio, el microondas y el frigorífico no funcionaban, los cubiertos y platos con suciedad pegada, y un largo etc, etc.), a la terraza no se podía ni salir (llena de colillas, hojas, telarañas), las sábanas sin comentarios, el suelo lleno de pelos, las paredes manchadas, cortinas descolgadas, etc. Es más, como no es un hotel sino un apartamento no tienes servicios de habitaciones, por lo que ni te limpian, ni cambian nada, independientemente del tiempo que estés. Creo que este punto sería muy importante que lo anunciaran o comunicaran, para saber cuales van a ser las condiciones de tu estancia. Tuve que ir a comprarme servilletas, papel higiénico, cubiertos y platos de plástico, etc. ¿Desde cuando se ha visto que te tienes que ir a comprar tu propio papel higiénico en un hotel? Os prometo que no exagero. De los años que llevo viajando (y son unos cuantos) es lo peor que me he encontrado. Tercero, la ubicación podría ser mejor. Es cierto que a 200 mts hay una parada de bus y tranvía, desde donde puedes ir al centro. Pero es carísimo. Un viaje de ida y vuelta son 4€.Teniendo en cuenta que en Bruselas a las 6 cierran la mayoría de tiendas, y a las 22:00 no tienes servicio de bus, pues se hace fastidioso desplazarte. Te encuentras limitado tanto en horarios como en precios. Aparte la zona del hotel, me parece poco segura y muy fea. Cuarto, el apartamento está destrozado. A parte de la falta de limpieza nada funcionaba correctamente.
