Very friendly and helpful atmisphere
More comfortable mattress
Location very convenient on Avenue Louise
friendly staff, parking in front of the hotel available if you don't arrive too late, the room was very spacious with big beds
the room's floor was dirty, there were some red marks on the bathtub, the staircase of the hotel was very narrow and claustrophobic, while the lifts looked a bit old and uncomfortable to use; there was only a small window in the room, so rather stuffy on a warm day

Brlliant approach from staff both from female and male staff. Reception area and breakfast quite nice.
Toilet not as clean as it should have been. Very poor conditions of tiles, and cupboard. It is far from freshness
Nice big rooms and big comfortable beds. Close to city center.
Wi-fi was very bad. The Hotel need some renovations.
Size and view the room.and also the location
We found the hotel comfortable and clean, handy to a number of restaurants.
Cleaness kind front desk
bit far from the centrum weak wifi
Large bedroom plenty of room for cloths etc Tram stop on hotel door Good breakfast
Cramped bathroom Traffic noise in morning
Very good location Offers on room sometimes available since I got one on bargain Feels like 3/4 star hotel
No free car park. You have to pay 15 Euros per night Tram route is nearby so except few noise if facing the front rooms
Very good location, outside the center but just 5min ride by tram or about 20-25min by foot. Very close by good places to eat, a supermarket just at the corner. Very spacious room with huge beds. Great wifi. We were on the 6th floor and had a nice view over the city. The room was clean. We got a superb prize on booking and our kid of 3 years slept for free in our beds (actually he got one of the double beds for himself while we stayed on the other). There's a garage for 15 euro a day which is much cheaper than parking outside
There were som issues in the bathroom: the water didn't go through very well in the sink, the door of the toilet couldn't be closed. We never complained at the reception because we were away the whole day and the problems didn't bother us so much
I had booked for two days. Used One day. The hotel staff while checking out was very rough. Tried to charge me for two days tax instead of one day.
Excellent location, free-wi-fi, helpful stuff, value for money The hotel has a central location with easy connection to Brussels city center and Main Train Station (Gare-Midi). It has all basic facilities and despite the age (definitely, not so new), offers comfortable ambiance. Staff is extremely useful and multi-lingual (FR, ENG, ES) and keeping up with customers efforts to speak in any language.
No tea boiler in the room
position in town. parking space.
Great hotel. Only a short tram ride to the city center. Large room with good sized bathroom. Excellant staff.
No temperature control
Honestly I like nothing there.
Old dirty bathrooms, terrible smell in room. Hygien is poor. Internet very slow, nearly impossible to use.
Reasonable price. Easy to access on public transport.
Few suspicious stains on walls. Long way to walk to town centre. Just really basic accommodation.
The day before we stayed at the triple room with shared bathroom in hostel in Brugge an were very surprised to get a 2-level triple apartment with 2 toilets for same money (about €60). Hotel is definitely old, but this is a nice oldness.
Wifi was declared as available in all places, but it did not work very well. Also, I booked the room online and was surprised to pay more while checking out (about €5 – some city fee). I wonder, why they couldn't charge my credit card instead?
Great for our need, motorbike friendly with underground parking
Much more then expected. Very large, very clean room, good position, nice staff, and all for a very attractive price. Gabriela Mircea / Bucharest
The position is the only good thing of this so called 4 star hotel.
The receptionist who welcomed us for the check-in was not professional. He lacked of information and many others he gave us were incorrect. The room did not look like the one that was posted on booking when I made the reservation. Furthermore it was dirty, the flush of one the two wc was broken and despite we claimed it was not repaired. No brush was available in both toilets. The blind curtains were both broken and the room was open to the view of surrounding buildings. The furniture were dated and torn. I don't know the criteria to assign ratings to hotels in Belgium but given the conditions we faced this hotel wouldn't even deserve half star.
Little bit noisy
1 - Poor bed & furnture . 2 - dirty carpet & curtains 3 - bad smell in the rooms ,its disgusting , I was awake all night . 4 - poor WI-FI 5 - Poor breakfast 6 - you feel like you're in 2 stars dirty hotel
