The secure car parking was good but at a price The wi fi worked
Where to start. It is hardly city centre being a good 20min walk to the grand place. The microwave turntable was missing and it was filthy. The stairs to the mezzanine bedroom floor were ridiculously and unnecessarily steep. There was a king size bed but you could only get in it from one side. The walls to both sides of the apartment were paper thin so you could happily hold conversations with your neighbours without raising your voice at all. Towels were probably clean but we're old, greyish and very frayed round the edges. Really not a great experience
Very spacious apartment for a great price
A bit outside the real centre
perfect position close to the central station and 5 minutes walking from the city center, wifi works good, clean and warm apartment, helpful staff
rolling shutter was broken, but we stayed two nights so this wasn't a problem for us
The only advantage of the apartment is that it's relatively close to the center of Brussels.
The apartment as a whole was a huge disappointment for us the moment we arrived. The whole place smelled like detergent, the bed was stinky, perhaps because the bed linen hadn't been changed for a while, and the wi-fi connection was practically non-existing... I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
The apartments are located next to the Botanical gardens bus stop, so if you're travelling from the airport via the 272 bus, it's just a couple of minutes walk from the Botanical stop. Staff were really friendly and helpful, the apartment was spacious and warm, and when we checked out we were able to leave our bags in the office till we were ready to head off for our flight. Only 10 mins walk to Grand Place too. Very happy with our stay.
Wi-Fi could've been better.
Our appartement was dirty and unclean. Dirty, unwashed towels, pillows. The sofa had also white spots on it...The glasses and cups weren't clean at all.
Late check in Location Free WiFi Not too expensive We were moved to another room when the first one we were in was not adequate
The first room we were given was large but smelt incredibly bad. Unclean Lack of attention to detail
Size room kitchen relative ok Location
Paying cash at arrival when it was stated it would be from credit card. Electricity went out in te night and few more times so unable to use plugs or kitchen.
You can only pay cash and the check in is very late (15 00)
Me and my boyfriend have been there for 1 night. The struchture is very nice and comfortable, but the only real "problem" is that there's not sugar and salt. In general it's a very good structure, even if the owner is a bit strange (you'll see :p).
The location was pretty good. About a 10-minute walk from the Grote Markt, centraal station, etc. Off the beaten path a bit, which was nice. The apartment was nice for the price
Lots of hoops to jump through regarding stay, probably because it's really an apartment building letting empty rooms out for extra revenue. Biggest problem was inability to pay with a credit card. Also the internet was off and on, and not good when it was on.
The owner is a very nice and helpfull person. Really enjoyed to stay at his place which is not too far from the city center. We were absolutely pleased with room and its conditions. I recomend this place.
Price (50 euro a night) Location (close to my rendez vous) Parking (for 20 euro surplus) Bed (did not look comfortable but really was :)
No television!!!!! Duplex appartment with very steep stairs to second part Lights - could not turn of light downstairs unless if I wanted to go upstairs a stair in the dark
Good location - both the city center and the concert hall Botanique we visited are at walking distance.
The bathroom was basic, outdated and a little grimy with its shower curtains and calcium deposits on the shower head.
- The apartment is spacious, quiet and cozy enough - Location is not so bad. You can walk to the center in 15-20 minutes.
- Cleanliness of the apartment isn't so good as you might expect to: used sponges for washing dishes, dirty cutlery. - In the evenings wi-fi doesn't work well. In fact it's not working at all.
The location was good clean
Trying to find the hotel was a bit of a mare in a car did not realize that you had to drive into a city centre car park
No proper bedroom its open to the sitting area.
Very quiet area of Brussels, and only a short walk from two metro stations, and 25 minute walk from Gare Du Norde
Bathroom could have had more than one toewl
Apartment was great good value for money. Just what we needed.
The stairs are very steep. Had a lot of trouble getting into apartment.
comfortable bed, location
it was not cleaned up, especially bathroom. Kitchen equipment was not working
Great location on a quiet street, 10 min walk to the center. We had a two-storey apt.
The facilities (carpets, kitchen, shower) were old and dingy, window was dirty, the bed creaked with every little move and woke me up every time. Wi-fi has a very poor signal in the room.
Not far from the center of the city
All furniture is very old, bathroom without any repair. You can hear all your neighbors. Wi-Fi is super slow, better to say there is no wi-fi
Good location with some good restaurants very near and only 15 mins walk to city centre.
Cash only payment Steep ladder to bed area Poor quality bathroom (although clean)
There was no heat in this apartment and it was very cold. I developed a bad cold as a result.
Nice staff, told us where to go and where to eat. Good location!
Not the best kitchen and bathroom, but good enough for a couple of days!
