Very good location across the street from the Bourse, 2 minutes to the Grand Palace. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room we stayed in , 622, was very spacious and comfortable for 3 people(a king bed and pullout couch). The hotel staff were excellent. The executive lounge off the lobby was nice. The waiter at the bar did not come back to our table so we could order a second round of drinks, so we left to go to a nearby bar/cafe

The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and clean. We could here the noise from outside as our room was on the outer side but the hotel was nice and quiet and friendly staff. The towels were not as white as they should be.

Plentyfull and good quality american breakfast, with a make-you-own-waffle- machine! Fun and delicious way to start the day! The staff were polite and attentive. Perfect location, just opposite to La Bourse, in the city centre. Although the rooms have been refurbished not so long ago, they feel old and in need of a total makeover - small details, like the dirty tea and coffee making facilities, as well as the shower curtain show that this hotel isnt as classy and good quality as it appears to be. Some days earlier I stayed at the Park Inn (by Radisson) in Antwerp (which I absolutely recommend) and even though its 3*, its so much nicer that this 4* Marriot - I wont stay again, nor will I recomend it - Try hotel Orts, just a few doors down the street, and for 120e, you'll get such a nice, warming welcome and lovely clean room!

Not much to fault, everything just fine.. Ladies at frontdesk very friendly and always willing to help out. Parking was convenient but expensive, 27,50euro p/d. Concierge service was very good. Rooms have high ceilings and comfy beds. Bathroom quite small but equiped with all amenities u need. Location was perfect. Just cross the main road in front of the hotel and you are accessing Le Grand Place, 2-5min walk. Avenue Louise is approx 20min walk. Rue Neuve and the 'restaurant mile' are both a short stroll (5min). We rejected the Marriot offer of 15,- p/p for breakfast as there was a nice place for breakfast nxt door. Within 50meter of the hotel you can find a MCdonalds and Pizza hut. The hotel is good, met my expectations but didnt exceed it A guy at the front desk with an Italian or Spanish name- so Arrogant and rude. He didnt even look up when I asked him if i could borrow an umbrella. He just pretended to be busy doing nothing with his computer. He didnt even say 'pls wait a moment', he just ignored my presence completely..! After 20-30 embarassing secs the lady at the concierge desk noticed me and came to the rescue;) The guy still looked not bothered and still didnt look up.. Get rid of this guy and you'll have a great professional hospitality staff

Staying @ Marriot Brussels was a great choice, location is great right in the center of Brussels. Marriott Hotel Brussels is 3 min walk from Grand Place, xmas market, and 5 min from Manneken Pis. Brussels Central Station is 10 min walk but with luggage u may take a taxi for ~ 6-8 euros. Very nice restaurants are just in the corner when u go out the hotel. Few steps after McDonalds u can find a super market with almost everything u need. Staff on the front desk are so helpful, answering any question about Brussels, offering a nice map of the city. Staying @ Marriot Brussels was a great choice, but If you care about the view don’t take a room in 5th floor (the highest). As I added a special request on my booking to have view for the square with high floor to see the great view in front of Marriot, with Christmas lights everywhere, they gave me the highest floor with very high windows with no view at all! We did not have time to change the room so I missed the view, I noticed that the first 4 floors have normal windows & balconies with clear view.

Great location just off Grand Place. Lovely barman form Carnoustie! For a chain such as the Marriott I think its ridiculous not to provide free wifi for everyone. You get one block of one hour per day free.
