It was very central and most of the staff were lovely, the beds were sheer luxury The room was very unclean and dusty, had dirty cuos and glasses and dirty mirrors, told staff but wasnt cleaned until next day. We also had no coffee, biscuits and only 1 teabag in our room, this also was not rectified until the next day. |

Although on our reservation it said 15:00 check in, we checked in at 11am and our room was ready. My eurostar home was at 4pm and the hotel allowed my check out time to be extended until 1.30pm - which I had requested on the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and all spoke english fluently. The breakfast was great - so many things to choose from, honestly, just really really nice. |

1. Service: it was no problem to change rooms (our wishes in the online reservation had not reached the hotel). 2. Comfort and quietness of the room. 3. Location 1. I find the hotel too american: they even expect you to tip at breakfast. 2. We were billed for the minibar, which we didn't use. Of course we didn't have to pay but it is annoying. |

The hotel is very well placed in the centre of the town, near to Grand Place. The bathroom was not 4* standard, may be 2*. The room was ok apart of the window that could not be closed properly. |

Room, spacious feel, cleanliness, comfortable beds and bed linen Aircon in bedroom inadequate - too hot. The fact that our internet booking had not been transferred to the hotel, who had no record of it on our arrival and, thus, could not provide the essential kingsize bed that we had specifically requested due to back problems. Fortunately, they had one room still available but with 2 queen beds and were not prepared to consider a discount or anything else by way of compensation as a gesture of goodwill for the fact that they had not received our booking due to no fault of our own and could not provide what we had requested. Would recommend the hotel (see below) with the caution that if one had booked via the internet, the booking may not have been sent to the hotel and to ring hotel to confirm. |

The generous breakfast buffet (which was included in the rate that I secured with booking.com) including various cereals, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, smoked salmon, fresh squeezed juices; free tea pot and a selection of teas offered; a small, empty refrigerator available for use; the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable; the free issue of the Financial Times each morning at breakfast; friendly staff (everyone spoke English, but not all spoke French) |

Clean, lots of smoked glass & marble. Looks the part. Underground secure parking for motorcycles. Staff very helpful & friendly. Lifts temperamental, hiring out part of hotel for private function took away air of quietness and relaxation. |

Location was perfect for city centre attractions. Breakfast was very poor and the staff not well trained. The view from room was into the courtyard which was very poorly kept and you could see roof tiles missing. |

Extremely central location, 2 minutes walk from the Grand Place and very close to Brussels sights, shops, museums, bars, restaurants, etc. The hotel is a very good four star level. I've stayed in 5 star hotels that could learn something from the Brussels Marriot. The rooms and public spaces are well decorated in, well maintained and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and the breakfasts are great. |

Close to Grand Palace. Breakfast was good. The towels were old and not fluffy. Even there was a hole in one of the the towels and some stains on it. The TV was not an LCD, it looked like that the hotel needed a renovation. |
