We had a junior suite which entitled us to use the executive lounge with complimentary hot & cold drinks and snacks. Cooked breakfast was wonderful with items made to order by jolly chef Austin.
The street outside was a little noisy at night ( weekend ).
The beds are unbelievable, the staff a joy to work with and the facilities where top notch. Great breakfast as well. The VIP lounge was a nice treat after a long day of travel.
Location. Its too far from where I live.
ligging room bed
expensive WiFi in the room first time that this arrives to me in the last 3 years breakfast too expensive for what is offered
Location is good for sightseeing!
Hotel staff is not so kind, we have some trouble for room and by checking in time, room is not ready for setting and was done after 1.5 hours since checking in time.
Walking distance to city center, good working ac for European standards and friendly staff
Bad quality bed, very noisy till 2:30 am, very small room, no free wifi, dirty bathroom. The mattress had a huge dent, they had to put a plank under it. Down (animal cruelty) duvet and pillows, gross
The staff was excellent. I travel very frequently for business and the Marriott Brussels hotel staff were highly knowledgable and friendly all the time. A pleasure !
The parking was a huge negative issue. I paid 27 Euros per night and no valet. Driving to the Marriott parking space was complicated. Staff was great to go with me , but each time there was a car parked across entrance to garage. Very steep to get out (one way) and red light/green light was not working. Very poor parking situation.
The staff are excellent but the breakfast is very poor
Cleanliness... Location... Good Staff
1. The curtains were not designed properly as the room is bright even while it's closed so sleeping during day is ruled out. 2. The breakfast is monotonous for any one staying more than 2 nights it's repeated through out the year I guess. Conclusion don't expect a good break fast.
LOCATION, NICE ROOM AND COMFORT.
Great location, friendly staff, room was immaculate. Could not recommend this hotel more highly.
I like the staff very friendly I like the location off the hotel I like service and the wi fi in the room and loopy .
The house keeping

They took 700 euros for insurance although we have payed the full amount before we arrive... We could not sleep well because of the noise outside the hotel..the rooms were dirty.. The wifi is not free
The rooms were spacious.
Very unsafe and tasteless area. With a McDonalds and Pizza Hut attached to the same building, you get all types of rowdy, drunk, and homeless people at all hours, especially at night. We could not sleep till 2am on our first night as we were on a low floor and could hear the noise of people outside and police cars. The hotel has printed signs to 'beware of theives' and literally shuts it's main doors after 10pm to the public so you can only enter with your access card. The staff are disorganized and the hotel has a very touristy/commercial feel to it. Avoid this area is particular and Brussles in General as their is not much to see/do beyond 1-2 days.
Stayed at other hotel with 5star rating in Brussels... can't compare to Marriott.. great extras included in room price
Location- great cafes and restaurant where the locals eat a few streets behind. Service from all staff prompt and very efficient, couldn't do enough for you. Comfortable bed. Very quiet room.
Continuing problem with Wifi in room. No milk in room for coffee, limited sugar and tea bags. Coffee not the tastiest for instant. Toilet paper rather coarse.
The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the Grand Place and a 5 minute (€10) taxi ride from Gare du Midi. There is also a Metro station 50 metres from the entrance. The staff were very polite & accommodating. There breakfasts were very good but maybe a little expensive at €25 if you had to pay (which we didn't). I would recommend the Marriott & would stay here again.
No negative comments.
The restaurant manager was very helpful and she gave good advice when we were unsure about one or two choices. The meal was very good. Great time- 12 noon - for check out.
Everything was to our satisfaction
Location, spacious room, comfortable beds.
The flush did not work properly and the problem was not solved despite a few of reminders at reception and a couple of reminders from reception to the respective staff. Unfortunately and as in even many 5-star hotels, the design of the mechanical systems (ventilation etc.) is such that there was a perceptible annoying noise, including during certain periods at night.
The location was perfect!!
They couldn't accomidate our family of 5 with two adjoining rooms together.
The location is excellent
Greater clarity is required about rates and taxes
No free wi-fi in the rooms
This hotel is in an excellent location. Had a room with executive lounge service which I thought was a very nice upgrade.
Asked for a quite room twice and was given a room by elevator doors. Don't know how this is "quite" given most people think that once they reach elevators they should talk in regular loud voices. Please people a hotel is not your home, be respectful of others with your noise levels.
Spacious room and location
Some of the furnishings looked tired
Excellent and very friendly staff and perfect location for tourists.
