simple ambiance, good location, near the train station, tram and metro, friendly staff, decent value for money

Only the location is a good things about this hotel. Its near to noord station.

Rooms are very ordinary. Bathroom doesnt have proper door. And the breakfast is worst i ever had in any hotol. Its watery juice. You have to only eat bread and cheap cheese..

Excellent staff; good size room with balcony onto a good view of the city; good location near North Station.

Overall, it is run down, seedy and obviously seen better days. It needs investment. In particular: 1. Very mean breakfast, cheap bread and sweaty sliced processed cheese. 2. Only one light in the bedroom, long neon strip light with the switch at the door. 3. Only two power sockets worked, one had the TV. 4. Noisy - large groups of young people making a noise very late at night..

It was convenient in terms of location for my Event's venue. Transport was readily available.

1. Internent was not available in my room (No 52) probably due to it's far location from Ground Floor. Therefore , I could not work from my room. 2. Breakfast was just juice, bread and coffee/tea. No eggs, fruits and other breakfast items.

It's very quiet.

The building is a bit old. The rooms are too basic.

Pictures online and on brochure looked nothing like the rooms. Was in a bad area, and said if we left our room to leave the key at the desk and they were not responsible for anything missing from rooms! Really??? We didn't stay there and took it as a loss and went to the Sheraton. Of course he wouldn't return our money, but it was worth it to not stay there.

La deco les sanitaires proprete dans le hall de l accueil et surtout il n y a pas de stationnement gratuit public comme cela est mentionné uniquement horodateurs de 08h00 a 18h30 dans la rue a 1euros 50 l heure et 3 heures maximum apres quoi il faut deplacer le vehicule. Sinon parking sous sol de magasin ou autre a 2 euros 40 l heure ou alors 28 euros les 24 heure ....

L'ensemble est bien mais : Porte salle de bain HS (ne ferme plus), pas de lumiere a la lampe entre les deux lits (manque le tube).

В отеле много Арабов. Завтрак просто кашмар. Номера ну очень простые.

The beds were comfortable, we slept very well both nights. The room was clean and the people on reception were pleasant and helpful. The shower was hot and reasonably powered (have met much worse showers in budget hotels!)

The breakfast was disappointing - plastic cheese slices, watery fruit juice, indifferent bread and uninteresting coffee. We ate out the second morning

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were quite clean. Free wireless internet. Site was near metro and bus stations.

The wifi works well

The heater is not working in our room, at night it is too cold for us to fall asleep. For location, it is said 650m from train station but doesn't mentioned that there would be a hill, not feeling very safe in that area during night as well

I enjoyed the location and the helpfulness of the staff, as we arrived earlier than the check-in time, but were given the key to our room about 6 hours early.

I did not like the racket produced by the heating system. Also, I wish the breakfast was a little more "continental." Some fruit would be nice.

Odeur nauséabonde dans les couloirs Ascenceur a du mal à fonctionner Proximité des chambres avec celle des voisins très désagréables Les balcons sont un grand couloir qui donnent sur tout les balcons de l'étage Balcons non sécurisés et dangereux car ils donnent directement sur les chambres voisines ..... L'impression d'être dans un refuge ...

If you are expecting a decent breakfast then don,t stay here. Bread, jam and a few slices of cheese were the only foods on offer. Furnishings were shabby.

The room is cleaned and linen and towels are changed every day. Good position, 10 minutes far from the centre.

No wifi in the room, we were at the third floor. The breakfast is not continental, bread and pastries were cold because they were frozen, coffee and juice are too bad. Uncomfortable mattress!!
