Lovely bathroom

Despite assurances my luggage was not brought to my room, I called, there was no answer from reception.... I ended up getting it myself an hour later.

The hotel was perfect but because of the road constructions the traffic was si heavy and routes to the hotel was changed

The staff couldnt help for the changed roda routes and the hotel didnt warned me before arrive

Window broken, and cannot close it. Heater broken, they guive extra heater Refrigerator empty !!! On afternoon have some waterbottle on the corridor... Raspy towels. Dog-food restaurant No men's land area Parking 12€/d, Local tax 6€/d

Staff were efficient and friendly, room was good and clean, good breakfast, good bar meals, proximity to my customers and airport.

Very much a short-stay business hotel, road-works make access difficult.

Breakfast was expensive When the room next door used the shower it was very noisy in my room

The incredibly slow service at the bar some evenings - i sat at the bar for 30 minutes one night trying to get my first drink, the bar wasn't busy, but the staff were either somewhere else or they were doing something else.

Good value for money if booked on last day with good discount

The bed was too soft so I could not sleep at all.

Very close to the airport, clean, comfortable, I got the room very last minute and the price was great, staff was beyond nice and attentive. I order room service and it was fast and easy.

Really nothing to complain about) the only thing to inform you not about the hotel itself but the road:we stayed there in February and i think it won't be finished right now, so be prepared that now the highway and other roads around are under reconstruction, so there's a bit different way to come to the territory of the hotel, which may be not at first clear.

Thanks to road works in the neighborhood, it was almost impossible to find. And in the morning, it was almost impossible to get away again to get to the airport. Also, the room felt smaller than the room we had booked. Bed was too small for the two of us.

Charging for wifi access at this type of hotel is not good. Van der Valk hotels offer free access.

I waited at the airport pick up point for over 65 minutes and your coach/shuttle did not come. The bill board said every30 minutes i did not have a mobile phone otherwise i would have phoned. your information does not say you must phone the hotel. So i am very upset with this arrangement. We finally caught a bus with another hotel. Maybe next time i should book next doors hotel. Or maybe you should have an arrangment with the other hotel so each visit every 15 minutes for pick ups. Not everyone carries a mobile phone when travling from abroad!.
